House with a garden and free parking

In the heart of the city center of Étretat and in a quiet area, we offer you a house with private garden a few steps from the sea and the famous cliffs of Étretat. <br>You have a free parking space.<br>Bed linen and towels are not included in the price of the reservation, it is possible to book them with the Conciergerie des Falaises. <br>The large bed is at the rate of 20 euros with a towel per person.<br>The cot is 11 euros with a towel per person.<br>The large towel is priced at 2.50 euros, the small towel 1.50 euros.<br>The house is part of a property consisting of two independent dwellings (the house and an F2).<br> It comprises two levels. On the first floor, a living space including a living room, a TV area, a dining room and a kitchen, upstairs three bedrooms, two of which are adjoining, a bathroom and the toilet including a shower. <br>You will arrive through a common driveway with the second accommodation where you can park your car (This parking is shared with the second accommodation). The space is tight and not suitable for large vehicles (van and other vehicles of the same category not possible). Then you access the private garden dedicated to the house through a gate. Then you will find the front door of the house where you will have access to all the rooms.
