"We stayed for only one night in mid-July at the end of two weeks in Portugal and are so happy we did. The convento was easy to get to from Santa Apolónia Train Station with a Bolt car pick-up, and centrally located for exploring the city on foot after that. We loved that our room was super clean, air conditioned, and amazingly quiet for being in the heart of Alfama (our room faced the inner courtyard). The bed was firm but comfortable, though the sheets and pillows could have been softer/better...

"Fijn hotel, leuk zwembad met handdoekenservice. Helaas geen schaduwplekken aan het zwembad. Mooi ontbijt. Maar geen plaats om met 4 buiten te ontbijten. We misten ergens een rustige plaats om buiten te zitten op normale stoelen. "

"Beautiful modern hotel. A bit out of the city center but it makes it super easy to drive to, and then about 30 min walk to the center. The employees were amazing, always ready to help. The parking was extremely tight and so they offered to get us the car and bring it down for us. Great service from all the reception employees! Thank you. The light show was beautiful. Comfortable room & beds. Would stay again!"

"Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommend! This hotel was absolutely amazing! Everything was spotless and exceptionally clean. It’s located in a beautiful, safe neighborhood in Lisbon, which made exploring the city even more enjoyable. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful—they went above and beyond to offer advice on places to visit and how to get around. Their recommendations really enhanced my trip. There’s also a charming breakfast area downstairs with a wide variety of delicious food...
