First of all and check in, we couldn’t get in our room because the computers were down. This was understandable however, from that on it was downhill. The first morning the office was closed when they advertised breakfast so he went somewhere else at great expense for our morning meal. The same thing happened the second day so packed the car and when finished he was open, they advertise yogurt, yogurt, granola ,pastries and coffee they had no yogurt and no milk. When I asked the front desk, he said what you say is what you get!
The property is very old and terribly rundown on the exterior and was a safety hazard for anyone with mobility issues because the handrails were not continuous in some areas, the stairs and porches were an absolute mess and when you stepped off of the last stoop into the parking lot You are right on a parking block.
Lastly, I got a message from the facility stating I had a price change which was $110 less than I paid you for this room when ask about it he said you’ll have to take it up with your third-party which I am doing now and I’m asking for a refund to my account for this difference.
I could never recommend this facility for some of us mobility issues and about anyone else that was concerned about safety and overall cleanliness.
I will think seriously about booking again with this many discrepancies from the description provided before I booked a room with you.
