The majestic Villa Sildavia is located in El Paraíso, next to the golf course and just a few kilometers from Marbella. The nearest sandy beach is only 5 km away. At the sea or in the spacious, private outdoor area with swimming pool you will spend relaxing hours under the Spanish sun. The 1,350 m² exclusive villa has a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with 2 dishwashers, 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms with underfloor heating and an additional toilet and can accommodate 12 people.



Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, JBL speakers, SAT TV with Apple TV, Netflix and over 1000 TV channels, 2 washing machines and 2 tumble dryers, and a safe. In the child-friendly accommodation you also get 2 cribs and a children's high chair. In the house there is additionally a private, fully equipped gym with a large selection of weights. In the bodega of the villa you will find a long table where you can enjoy a glass of wine or aperitif. Next to the bodega is a game room with billiards, ping pong and a screen.

The spectacular, private outdoor area offers views of Morocco, Gibraltar and the mountains of Estepona. Here you can swim in the year-round pool, relax on the sun loungers on the open terrace, or enjoy freshly prepared meals from the grill at one of the spacious dining areas. The nearest supermarket is about 1.8 km away (5 minutes by car), and restaurants, cafes, and bars are less than 10 minutes away by car. For golf enthusiasts, this is the perfect accommodation as there are many golf courses within a 12-minute drive of the property. The nearest golf course "El Paraíso Golf" can even be reached in 6 minutes by foot (550 m). The beach Playa de Guadalmansa is 12 minutes away by car (5,1 km) and awaits your visit.

Parking is available on the property. A garage is available for your car. Pets are not allowed. Parties and large groups are not allowed. There is a daily cleaning service 6 days a week. The housekeeper lives in an apartment connected to the property.
