The master bedroom features a queen-size bed and the second bedroom has two single beds. You will find a fully equipped private kitchen with oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker. Amenities include private air conditioning, Smart TV with international channels, high-speed Wi-Fi, washing machine, elevator access, and self check-in with smart lock.



Enjoy the private covered terrace with sea and mountain views, located in front of the pool area. The complex offers a shared outdoor pool, sauna, garden, and playground. There is also a 1.4-hectare navigable lagoon with crystal-clear water, artificial white sand beaches with sun loungers and umbrellas, and non-motorized water sports such as kayaking, paddle surfing, pedal boats, and small boats.



Shared parking is available both on the property and on the street. Events are not allowed. Your stay includes 4 VIP passes for the complex’s recreational facilities. Spa services with jacuzzis and massage areas are available for an extra fee. The location allows easy access to Costa del Sol golf courses, hiking and cycling routes in Sierra Bermeja, white villages like Casares and Gaucín, and is only 20 minutes from Marbella or Gibraltar.

Note: There is currently some construction nearby that may cause some noise on weekday mornings. We want to be transparent to avoid surprises, although none of our previous guests have complained about noise in the Brisa Lagoon apartment.
