"The property was in excellent condition, the room was comfortable and well furnished, and the breakfast was good. The location is close to restaurants and about a 10 minute walk from the train station. We are hikers, so it was a great spot for starting off on hikes to the castle, Peña Palace, etc. Staff was very helpful in the morning when they were present."

"Wonderful family run hotel in a great location right in the heart of Sintra. Peaceful and relaxing, the owners go above and beyond to make your stay the best possible. There is no parking onsite but it is available about 200 metres away or a 2 minute walk. The hotel property is not for people with mobility issues as there are 30 steps to go up to the hotel entrance. We loved this hotel and staff and would highly recommend."

The Palace was lovely to walk through, the gardens were beautiful and provided may photo opportunities, and our room was pretty and had a large wardrobe to store all our clothes. I do wish we had a bigger bed as one double bed for two people was quite squishy but that was the only thing I’d change. The food in their dining room was excellent, we felt so spoiled with endless options and nothing on their menu that disappointed. Their staff...

"Awesome location. A bit of a walk from downtown Sintra but it had a big public parking lot right next door. We parked the car and walked downtown and to all of the castles. The room was extremely small but it was all we needed. Try "pasta de nata" frim the coffee shop next door......amazing!"
