There was no cleaning done to Room #301.
I had to ask for towels and bath mats daily.
One of the electric outlets had black burn marks on it.
We didn't touch it.
We had to empty our bedroom/bathroom trash daily.
No one came to the room at all.
There was no bed linen change either.
The room was clean when we got there.
Someone at the hotel gave us the phone number of a local taxi driver.
We are truly appreciative of this gesture.

"I loved everything about this hotel and resort except for the fact that housekeeping was really slacking. Our room was never cleaned properly. The floors were dirty every day. The communication with the host is terrible! I tried to reach them a week before the trip, a couple of days before the trip and then when I arrived in St Thomas.
