"The property was perfect, they provided us with plenty of beach towels for my family of five as well as snorkeling gear. Fully stocked kitchen with tumblers for the beach. Perfect amount of space for my family great location, steps away from the beach as well as fine dining. I would recommend this place in a heartbeat! The gated parking lot gave great assurance. Thank you for a wonderful experience. "

"Communication was best with using the phone and not text. Aside from that - we loved the location of the unit! Walked in to a fresh & clean smelling condo. That was cooled with one of the best AC units we have ever encountered at a beach! Not loud & worked perfect! Be aware that this location is where all the weddings and people wanting to take pictures is. Literally! We would sit outside and a photographer and families would be out there. And if the condo loungers and chairs - these people will...

"It is in a good location with a view. The lovely decor is just as pictured. Having restaurants and a fun beach bar on the property was so convenient. It worked well that nearby complexes could help support nice amenities like this. We didn't cook, but it looked like everything was there if you wanted to. The location was close to Red Hook, where you could catch ferries and boats for any day-trips. It also has several restaurants to explore. The notebook the owner provided included a lot of info...

"Our 4th stay at Sapphire Beach. This was favorite condo on the property. Location was perfect, well appointed, very comfortable. Perfect place to watch fireworks on St. John on the 4th of July. "

"This rental is in the perfect location on Sapphire Beach Resort. It’s in the middle so you have the best views of the beach with easy access from parking lot and beach access. There are three locations to eat just to your left: Open Bar and take out, Pizza shop, and upstairs restaurant with spectacular views of bay. Communication was excellent! Kitchen was good. Balconies on both levels! Washer only Had all sorts of beach accessories on site to use. "

"The condo is very clean and has a gorgeous view. Even with the Sargassum this time of year, we still loved this location. So many working hard to keep the beach clean and it’s much appreciated. We enjoyed the full moon party and love being able to just walk to get breakfast at beach buzz or Sudis. We spent each day just hopping from beach to beach and snorkeling. We loved Coki the best for snorkeling (the rocky area to the right.) we loved Magens and Brewers the best for just chilling…also saw...

"First time visiting St. Thomas and I don’t think we could’ve picked a better place to stay! Kathleen‘s place had everything we needed. Very nicely appointed. It was great to walk right out to the beach. Having the snorkeling equipment, beach chairs & backpack cooler was very helpful. We used them every day. Kathleen provided very useful info and was quick to respond to any inquiries. We will be hard pressed to stay anywhere else now!"
