"We had a wonderful stay at The Murray Premises Hotel in St. John's. The building is beautiful and full of character, and despite its age, everything was exceptionally clean. We didn't see a single bug during our stay, which was impressive for such a historic property. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the location couldn't be better—right in the heart of downtown with easy access to great shops, restaurants, and attractions. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Some of our personal property was unfortunately damaged during a room clean. Alex was so helpful. He replaced both items after searching for a day for one of the items. He then waived our parking fees and offered us a meal at their restaurant. He also gave us a late check out for our troubles. Alex went above and beyond for us and we are so thankful.
