"We had a fab stay here. We were a group of 4 and all equally enjoyed it. We stayed in the larger suite that had 3 bedrooms and a combined lounge/kitchen. The place was clean and tidy, in relatively good condition. We were provided with tea and coffee, milk and shampoo/body wash (no conditioner). Pros: bedrooms are upstairs with living downstairs including a separate toilet so there was good separation. Beds were very comfy and clean. Bedroom had USB outlets as well as normal wall plugs. "Very special well maintained hotel with an exceptional view of the lake. A redeveloped house with additional cabins and animals on the property. Gave it a 4 stars instead of 5 because dinner is incredibly expensive and there was no way to walk around the lake and do some exploration"

"Great place for a Rotorua stop over, the room was clean & bed comfortable."

"Everything was great! The lady who runs the place was very helpful. The place is very well maintained & the facilities are terrific. You can also use the connected hotel pool. Great value for the price."

"I would recommend to others. Clean kitchen and facilities."

"As a solo female, i felt safe in the histel and area. I went early october so not too many travelers, so quiet."

"Room was clean, good view. Really deep spa bath in our room lol. Definitely would recommend"

"ロトルアの拠点として場所が適当。ランドリーが使えるのが良い。"

"Location was convenient. Parking was fine. Room smelled bad and we didn’t want to touch the old nappy pillows on the couch. The bottom floor smelled bad, which I assume was from the carpet. The toilet base was dirty and there was mold on the shower curtain. Beds upstairs were clean and had a good 2 nights rest although the apartment was ccld even with the heater turned up. It was roomy and there was a playground. I guess it would be okay for a family with young kids"

"The place was spotless, the location ideal."

"子供が遊べる施設があり、大変喜んでいた。 また部屋も広く、快適に過ごせた。 交通量の多い道路沿いなので、時折地面が揺れた"

"It’s like a semi-upscale roadside motel. Very strange."
