This 4BR / 2.5BA single family home is the perfect getaway for your family and friends. The interior features a grand living space, pool room, fully stocked kitchen, spacious bedrooms and modern bathrooms.

The Space:
Bed/Bath Set Up: up to 10 Guests

Bedroom #1: King Bed with TV, Closet
Bathroom #1: (Attached to bedroom #1)- Stand Up Shower, tub, dual vanity

Bedroom #2: 1 Queen Bed, small closet.

Bath#2: Shower/Tub Combo, 2 Sinks

Bedroom #3 1 King bed, large closet, NO TV

Bedroom #4: Bunk Bed (twin over queen), large closet, NO tv

Additional Beds: Daybed (42inches) located in the office attached to the master bedroom, pack n play

Game room: Get competitive in a match or two of your game of choice! The entertainment room is equipped with a air hockey, foosball table, arcade games and much more.

The backyard is an outdoor paradise complete with a pool, hot tub, pergola, fire pit, and built-in BBQ, this home is the perfect blend of relaxation and entertainment. Book now and indulge in a vacation like no other!

The Highest Speed Wi-Fi to help support all guests working remotely or distance learning.

Smart TVs throughout the house and living areas (You are welcome to log into your own Netflix or other smart tv accounts)

Indoor fireplaces do not work.
No parking in garage (converted to the game room)
Parking available onsite in driveway. (4 cars max)

This is a family friendly neighborhood. We want our guests to relax and have an incredible time with family and friends. This is not a place to throw a party.

Disclaimer: By accepting this reservation, you are holding the owner harmless from any accidents or injury on the property, or any accidents or injury from hot tub/pool/fire pit.

No children are to be left unattended in or by the pool at all times.

This is a residential neighborhood and we expect our guests to respect their surroundings.

Special Note:
Please do not move any of the furniture in the home around during your stay.

Please be advised that the Quiet ordinance in this area is from 10pm-8am.

Again, this is a family friendly neighborhood, and we have to respect those around us.

No music outside at anytime.

POOL/SPA
It is optional to heat the pool.
If you want the pool heated, we have a 3 consecutive day minimum.

There is an additional fee to heat the pool.
Prices vary depending on the time of year.
Oct-March: $150 per day /3 consecutive day minimum.
April-May: $125 per day/3 consecutive day minimum.
June and Sept: $100 per day /3 consecutive day minimum.
July and Aug: $75 per day/3 consecutive day minimum.
(you most likely won't need the pool heated in July and August. The pool temperature is warm and usually in the low to mid 80's).

Please Note:
We don't heat the pool past 85 degrees.
Pool temp can vary depending on weather conditions.
We can make an exception however it does cost more.

Tampering with the pool heat or accidentally turning it on will have a $150 per day fee.
PLEASE DO NOT TOUCH THE POOL EQUIPMENT OUTSIDE.
It will disable the system causing nothing to work.

Please note: It is common to see debris at times in the pool.
The pool vacuum will grab it or you can use the skimmer if you want to manually do it.

You cannot heat the pool and the spa at the same time.
We first heat the pool to temp then you can turn on/off the spa when needed.

Hot tub is available for guests at no additional charge. Hot tub heater must be turned off after each use and overnight.
PLEASE NOTE: No jumping off of the hot tub.


Pool Vacuum
Do not take the pool vacuum out of the pool (That includes part of the hose or the whole thing). Doing so will damage the pool equipment!!
If it happens, we may not be able to fix during your stay.

If the pool vacuum gets disconnected, please submerge under water to get out the air bubbles before you reconnect.

We are a smoke free home; this also includes the backyard. This includes vaping and marijuana.

We do not allow ANY parties at any time.

Guests listed in the booking are the only guests permitted on the property at all times. NO additional guests permitted.

We do not allow any pets in the home due to severe allergies; this also includes any service or emotional support animals. Due to severe allergies, we are unable to accommodate.

Green bins are only for landscaping. There is a $500 fine for throwing trash in the green bins or recycling bins.

Please DO NOT open garage doors. Game Room located in Garage.

Must be 25+ to book.

PLEASE NOTE:
There are a few days of the year that we don’t allow check -ins and check- outs. These specific dates are designated as pass through days.

-Thanksgiving Eve & Thanksgiving Day
-Christmas Eve & Christmas Day
-New Years Eve & New Years Day
