Vacaciones en Erlenbach im Simmental

Pésimo servicio, jamás contestaron llamadas ni mensajes, el edificio sucio, la habitación con olor a cigarro muy fuerte, cama incomoda

the hotel is in the middle of nowhere just in the road. No restaurant for meals, only bevereages .... they do not have the prices published of the drinks , the ladly of the reception does not have a nice bad attitude lack of customer service seems to be upset all the time, thaty does not feel well for a proper guests welcome. The opposite Maria was the only kind , helpful person. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Muy buen hotel y buena aislamiento acústico muy limpio y todo en orden. Cobran 5 coronas por llevarte al aeropuerto y no te cobran por recogerte de él

The place is a 10/10. Easy check in, nice staff and you get all you need.

We arrived at around 10:00 p.m., and unfortunately, our first impression of the property was extremely disappointing and deeply unsettling. The exterior of the building was poorly lit, with little to no adequate lighting around the entrance or surrounding areas. The vicinity was unmaintained, creating an eerie, intimidating, and unwelcoming atmosphere from the moment we arrived. What made the situation even more concerning was that there was no one to assist us. No contact information on how to reach the host for assistance. Ultimately, we decided to go to another place to stay that night. good thing we had a car. This was an extremely disappointing experience, especially after traveling and expecting to arrive at accommodations where we could rest. We booked the place because it was the cheapest accommodation near the airport. I do not recommend. We
