"The place had the home feeling as well as the area is situated in. You get to see the locals using the beach as well as tourists. Simple place but with all you need and super clean. The reception was accomodating, helpful and really went the extra mile. The lady that was looking after the cleaning was so adorable, caring and present when needed, with a genuine pleasure to help. A feeling you can't find in many places.. Best to hire a car to explore the surroundings, a bus also operate nearby."

"Entering the courtyard from the street did it. There was nothing that could take away from this property. The courtyard lined with vegetation, the views of the mountains and the sea, along with the table for two next to the entrance, spoke true culture. "We had a great stay at Black Rock Villas. They were quick to respond when we had any questions or concerns. The hot tub was a nice perk and we used it a little, it wasn’t hot but wasn’t cold. About 7-10 minute walk to the bus station in Karterados and not too far from Fira either. A little added bonus what’s that Sofia arranged a traditional breakfast from where she is from, it was very thoughtful and yummy."

"This property is wonderful for a weeks break. We were out of the major towns like Fira and easy access to the beaches on the South side of the Island. "Ava ok purely amazing stay. Very family friendly. I stayed with my three year old daughter for three nights. We have been to Kamari several times and this is by far my favorite accommodation. Dimitri is absolutely amazing. I felt like I was sitting home with my family. He hangs out with his patrons and the place has a really relaxing, family vibe.
