Welcome to Ephraim’s Pearl, hosted by Simple Life Rentals! This lovely two bedroom, one bath condo is located just footsteps from the breathtaking shoreline for Green Bay and downtown Ephraim. The unit is on the second floor and has a fully equipped kitchen stocked with all your cooking essentials. You will have complete access to the beautiful shared garden, gazebo, and Weber grills. The unit is on the second floor, overlooking the beautiful garden from your own private balcony.

Our perfectly located condo is just a block from the waterfront where you can enjoy unforgettable sunsets and stunning views. We are just a short walk to restaurants, coffee and wine shops, the famous Wilson’s Ice Cream Parlor and so much more. It’s our wonderful happy place and we hope you love your stay!

If you are looking for a nearby location to stay with another family or more guests, we have “Cedar Haven" (sleeps 6, in same building).

Amenity + damage protection waiver includes:
-Bed linens, pillows, blankets, and bathroom towels. (Please bring your own beach towels)
-A starter pack of essentials which includes toilet paper, paper towel, dish soap, dishwasher soap, hand soap, and garbage bags. Due to septic systems, we do not provide facial tissue. One each of travel size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash per full bathroom.
-PEACE OF MIND Damage protection covers up to $1000 per stay for accidental damage that is reported prior to departure (excludes any pet damage).

This condo is located in a quiet community with neighbors and is geared towards quiet family vacations. Due to the proximity of neighbors and municipal restrictions, we cannot accommodate parties at the property including bachelor or bachelorette parties, reunions, weddings, or other gatherings.

Clean, restful, great location.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo is not large but absolutely perfect for us. We chose to sleep up in the loft and not use the bedroom. We were a very quick walk to the water and several restaurants. Location couldn’t have been better. We had no interaction with the property manager so that is why the one star but we didn’t need anything. The only comment I would make is that it would have been helpful to have a couple potholders in the kitchen. Other than that we had everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay and the property is lovely. The view from our windows and from the porch was so pretty!

Convenient & Quiet

The unit was small but nicely furnished & comfortable. Furniture setup in living area was not conducive to watching television, but that was not our priority. Location was quiet & walking distance to excellent breakfast place & other restaurants. Short drive to many other notable destinations in the County.

Door county trip

Very nice and quiet location-a short “block” to the waterfront and shops/restaurants of Ephraim (e-frum). The unit has a small balcony overlooking quiet gardens and the shared barbecue area. The interior is a little dated and the kitchen is modestly equipped/stocked. Overall, a great location for our first trip exploring Door County.

Quaint Ephraim Cozy Condo

We stayed here with my family while visiting Door County. We absolutely loved this place for a family with young kids. It was the perfect amount of space for us. The beds were comfy and it was decorated nicely. We really enjoyed the property and our time there. We will definitely return!
