independent apartments are nestled in a house entirely dedicated to seasonal rentals. For larger groups or family gatherings, it's possible to rent the entire house, accommodating up to 12 people.

Our charming studio, meticulously renovated by us, is ideal if you're seeking a holiday rental for two in Épernay. Located on the ground floor, it enjoys a perfect location, being only a 7 minute walk from the city center and the famous Avenue de Champagne in Épernay!

The modern and warm decoration was designed to create a cozy nest where you'll feel at home. You'll find a lovely unique room equipped with everything necessary for a pleasant stay in our beautiful city. Simply park your car, set down the keys, and enjoy Épernay and its surroundings: everything can be done on foot or by bike from our Studio 86.
