"We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. The location is excellent and the hotel was amazing. Our room was clean, a nice size with a window view of the city. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I've had which included something for everyone and it was delicious. The staff was always warm, welcoming, helpful and friendly. "

"On arrival and until we departed we were made to feel as if we were honored guests of the hotel. The staff from the Front Office Manager to the waiters, to the doormen, there was a consistent passion for what they do. It showed in their willingness to serve. We will definitely make this our hotel of choice. Thanks Da, Anna, Vera and all others for making us feel extra special. "

"We stayed one night at this hotel and it was comfortable to have proper sleeping, good shower, nice breakfast in another hotel two minutes walking. The hotel is on the beautiful quiet street and staff are friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Thank you!"

"Sehr schönes Boutique Hotel mit mega freundlichem Personal mitten im Altstadtquartier von Hanoi. Zimmer sehr schön und sauber, Pool etwas verbesserungswürdig (nur 1 Sonnenschirm zum Beispiel). Sehr gut bei später Abreise konnten noch mal die Sanitäreinrichrungen des Hotels benutzt werden. Frühstück super und abwechslungsreich. "

"Der Check In verlief einwandfrei, die Abholung vom Flughafen musste kurzfristig geändert werden wegen Flugverspätung was aber sehr gut klappte. Die Auswahl am Frühstück ist enorm und sehr lecker. Das Zimmer sauber und ruhig. Das Hoteliegt in Laufnähe von der Altstadt was wirklich praktisch ist. Für Roof Top Bar hat eine tolle Aussicht. Insgesamt eine tolle Empfehlung. Ich werde wiederkommen."

"職員態度良好，殷勤，主動。入住時為你介紹酒店環境，亦有介紹周邊環境，職員們十分親切。我們要 keep 行李，夜晚再返嚟拎行李去搭火車去 Sapa , 職員主動提供shower 俾我們，十分十分感動👍👍。及十分十分之好。十分之推介 "

"If you want a luxurious place to stay in Hanoi, The Sofitel Metropole Hotel should be at the top of your list. Built in 1901, it retains echoes of the French colonial era. The service was excellent throughout; from the reception to the breakfast area, and our favourite, the pool bar! Our room was very clean, comfortable and spacious, with a smart TV that allowed us to connect to various services such as Netflix and You Tube. One minor point to note for visitors from the UK - the power point...

Esmorzar diari d'estil bufet (250000 VND per persona)

"初めてでも場所が見つけやすく、買い物や散歩に便利だった。レストラン、土産物屋も近所に良いところがたくさんあった。スタッフは礼儀正しく親切。シャワーが、夜は温かかったたが朝は十分温まらなかったのと、シャワーヘッドから外を漏れ伝わる湯量がかなり多くて水圧が下がり残念だった。洗面の排水が今ひとつ。ハノイのホテルは避難経路が心配な細長い建物が多い中、こちらのホテルはその点が安心できたので多くを期待せずに予約した。結果、宿泊料を考慮すればトータルでとても良いホテルだった。特に若いドアマンの細やかな心配りには感動した。"
