"I'm sad to say that this hotel was pretty awful. After staying at this property for 50 years while visiting family, I won't go back. Unfortunately basic maintenance isn't a priority. The first room I was in had an area by the sink where the floor had been removed and a board & carpet placed on top. The board was not sturdy. Dangerous. The door sweep was laying next to the door. Cold air & light entering the room. I was moved to another room which was better. I could still see light around the...

"This property was clean and comfortable. The staff were professional, courteous, and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located near several sites, including a park, water park, authentic Mexican bakery (panaderia), and Dodge City's Front street. Getting around Dodge City was easy and quick. The cinnamon rolls at the continental breakfast were tasty. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property."

"Nothing about the property looks like it did on the website the pool was ice cold there was construction all areas of the motel. Breakfast was very scanty and a lot of it cold that was supposed to be warm or hot. The manager was in incredibly rude with an issue that we had tried to resolve it calmly with him he just kept getting mad and screaming. Ended up paying a fee and then when I mentioned one small concern he kickedus out of the motel."

"A decent hotel for a one night stay or long-term as many of the rooms are appointed with appliances and accessories to make it like a studio apartment. Only major complaint was that conditioner and body wash dispensers in the shower were completely empty. Attention to overall detail and cleanliness needs to be improved. Otherwise, a comfortable and pleasant place to stay. "

"NO ELEVATOR FOR SECOND FLOOR. Was not informed this on check-in and had already loaded luggage cart. Was charged extra for ground floor. No automatic or ADA entry to check-in desk causing difficulty bringing in loaded luggage cart. Staff made good recommendation for food. Room was cleaned daily."
