Great cabin in Ennis

I’ve stayed in MANY Vrbo’s and this property was the most outfitted in anything you would need. Spices, Bath needs, plenty of towels, stocked coffee bar, everything to cook and serve a meal, all laundry and cleaning supplies - check, check, check! And the buck hanging out in the back yard was a bonus. Quiet, clean and easy walk to everything in downtown Ennis. Great week!

Spacious, clean, & great location

The Wild Trout is one of the best rentals that we have stayed at. The space was super clean, close to town, and the views from the backyard were spectacular. We would definitely book again!

Wonderful Wild Trout

The Wild Trout is a fantastic place to stay in Ennis. The house is thoughtfully appointed with all the amenities one might need and then some. In addition to the very comfortably cool western motif and a complete kitchen, additional touches include a humidor for cigar smokers, an electric Traeger pellet grill, a complete coffee and tea set-up (with high-quality coffee beans, K-cups, and teas provided), Wi-Fi, TV viewing options, an electric fire place, and a fly-tying station. The washer/dryer came in handy too. The location was very convenient and everything on Main Street was easily walkable. Despite its proximity to Main Street, the house was still quiet and peaceful in the evenings. And the expansive views in the backyard are amazing. I look forward to returning, and anticipate some interesting additional features in the backyard that will nicely finish out the entire property.

Great stay. Enjoyed this beautiful home. Cozy but spacious. Comfortable, clean, appointed with all the thoughtful extras. Awesome location in Ennis. Will stay here again!

Exceeded Expectations

Came to Ennis for a few workdays and being able to come back to this house to unwind and relax was the best. From the surround sound speakers to the fireplace this house exceeded my expectations. Loved waking up in the morning to the (fully stocked) coffee stand and watching the deer out back. This place is super clean and super cozy. Will definitely be back! I've already told all my friends!

Clean and cozy

House was super clean and new. Had everything we needed! Master bed was very comfortable and the tub was greatly appreciated. It made for a relaxing and cozy thanksgiving getaway. Owner was super friendly and accommodating. Hope to be back.

This place is awesome and would definitely stay here again. I had forgotten a couple of items received a text and a new code to return and collect the items before we had even left town. What great customer service. The place is so extremely comfortable and has everything a person would need . This may seem odd but the bathrooms are unbelievable my granddaughters loved the spa bathtub. My only complaint is that we only needed it for one night.

Great location!

We were here to fish the Madison, and to take our girls to the play in Virginia City. I loved being so close to main street, the girls and I had so much fun perusing the shops. The house is SO fun inside, like they need to come decorate my house too. Seeing deer in the backyard every morning was awesome!
