The representative three-family house is above the pretty village of Ennetbürgen in the middle of Switzerland near Lucerne. The 2 1/2 room apartment with every comfort offers a wonderful view of Lake Lucerne and the surrounding mountains on a large south-facing balcony. The apartment includes a double bedroom, 1 living room with a pull-out couch, 1 kitchen, 1 shower / bath / toilet and a separate toilet. Toilet, kitchen and bed linen as well as all taxes are included in the low price. WLAN is also available free of charge, as is the outside space for your car.

SUPER CLEAN-INCREDIBLE VIEWS-LARGE SPACESepp is a very responsive host. The apartment is spotless, comfortable, open concept, very modern, and much larger than the photos show. Kitchen is fully stocked with anything you need. We enjoyed using the fondue set and the Nespresso pod machine (in addition to the drip coffee maker).The 180 degree GORGEOUS views on the balcony are truly the highlight of the apartment. Both day and night. We enjoyed coffee on the balcony and dinner in the large dining room while enjoying the views. There is a dining set and chairs on the balcony to enjoy a meal outside. And there’s throw blankets to cuddle up in. TAKE NOTE: to avoid locking yourself out on the balcony, be sure the glass sliding door handle is pulled DOWN (before closing) to stay unlocked, and pulled UP to stay locked. Washing machine and dryer (shared) are like new and clean WELL. Convenient clothes line in laundry room. Elevator is very convenient for luggage. Private parking a plus. Bed is comfortable. I highly recommend this outstanding apartment for a memorable stay! I would gladly stay here again. Thank you, Sepp!

Diese Wohnung ist das perfekte Urlaubsdomizil am Vierwaldstättersee. Ideal gelegen, um alle reizvollen Ziele am und um den See zu erreichen, haben wir die grandiose Panorama-Aussicht, die Ruhe, die hochwertige Ausstattung, die Sauberkeit und die umfassende Infrastruktur ringsum sehr genossen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter bei einer Rückfrage war besonders angenehm & schnell - wir haben uns sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt. Absolute Empfehlung!

wir haben 14 wundervolle Urlaubstage im komfortablen App. verbracht. Von der Terrasse genießt man einen herrlichen Blick auf den See und die Berge. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Umgebung bietet vielfältige Möglichkeiten zum Wandern, Fahrrad fahren und Wassersport. Wir können den Tellpass empfehlen.

Wohnung mit hohem Niveau

Die Kommunikation mit dem freundlichen Verwalter Sepp, ist sehr gut. Die Übergabe der Wohnung ist pünktlich und kontaktlos mit Schlüsselbox. Vor dem Haus ist ein Parkplatz reserviert. Von dort gelangt man mit einem Schlüssel und dem Aufzug zur hochwertigen Wohnung auf der zweiten Etage des Hauses. Die Wohnung ist für zwei Personen sehr groß und hat einen riesigen Balkon über die gesamte Hausbreite. Von dort aus hat man einen sensationellen Blick über den Ort auf den See und die Berge. Die Couch im Wohnzimmer ist für weitere Personen zum Übernachten eher ungeeignet. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut besonders in der großen und modernen Küche. Es gibt einen TV mit deutschen Sendern, Musikanlage und sehr gutes WLAN. Badezimmer mit Doppelwaschtisch, Dusche und Eckbadewanne, eine weitere kleine Toilette, Elektrogrill und Sitzgelegenheit auf dem Balkon. Das weitere seperate halbe Zimmer mit einem Einzelbett, ist nur über den Balkon erreichbar. Eine neue Waschmaschine und ein Trockner ist im Gemeinschaftswaschraum über eine Außentreppe erreichbar (Waschmittel verfügbar). Die Wohnung hat eine innere Treppenverbindung zur der darunterliegenden kleineren Ferienwohnung, die Verbindungstür ist dauerhaft abgeschlossen.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der traumhaften Wohnung. Reibungsloser Check in mit einem sehr netten Verwalter ,der jederzeit erreichbar ist.Großer Balkon mit herrlichem Ausblick, die Bilder stimmen genau mit dem Inserat überein. Wir können diese Wohnung nur empfehlen.

Sehr schöne und große Ferienwohnung mit sehr tollem Ausblick auf den See u.v.m

Es war ein sehr sehr sehr schöner Aufenthalt mit tollem Ausblick auf den See, Buochs Flugplatz und über die Stadt Buochs. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr schön und toll eingerichtet. Die Wohnung ist zu Fuß gut erreichbar, auch mit kleinen Einkäufen, aber wenn Getränke besorgt werden müssen ist ein Auto ein Vorteil.

Superb Apartment

We were surprised in many ways when we came to this property. The square footage of the place is substantial, adding the spacious terrace makes it even more enjoyable. Then the gorgeous mountain- and lake views add to the great location. Everything was clean as well as practical and towels were also available. When we come back to lake Luzern, this is definitely The Place to stay.

We hebben het goed naar ons zin gehad. Het appartement vonden wij groot, goed uitgerust en met prachtig uitzicht. De communicatie met de beheerder verliep uitstekend. Voor een klein ongemak voor ons kregen we een lekkere attentie. Dat terwijl het definitieve oplossen van het euvel nog wel wat CHF zal kosten. Kortom: mooie locatie met goede communicatie.

Amazing Views in this Spacious Apartment

Pre-arrival coordination via WhatsApp with Sepp went well. I received the code to the key holder adjacent to garage door #3 approximately one hour before our arrival. The key is used to open an elevator adjacent to garage #2 that took us to Apt 2 (Apt 2 key slot is the second from bottom of the four key slots). The elevator stopped at Apt 2 and the same key used for the elevator opens the apartment door. We walked in and found ourselves in a gorgeous, spacious apartment! The views of Lake Lucerne and Swiss Alps was incredible! Very large living, dining room and kitchen. Main bathroom is also expansive. The wrap-around patio deck is amazing – we strolled from one end to the other with a glass of wine taking in the incredible views. We used the oven to cook several meals – worked great. Everything in bathrooms worked perfectly. Heating is centrally controlled for the building, so no temperature controls in the apartment (ambient floor heating) - very comfortable throughout our stay. We used the clothing washing machine and dryer on floor below us (no cost) – both worked well. We also used the electric grill on the patio – steaks turned out nicely. This is an amazing unit – the views are unprecedented - sorry we only had five nights to enjoy it as it!

Ankommen - genießen

Bequem mit dem Fahrstuhl direkt in die großzügige Wohnung mit traumhaftem Ausblick! Küche absolut komplett ausgestattet. Kochen macht auch hier bei Berg-/Seeblick Spaß. Empfehlen die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiter. Einzige Anregung: Fliegengitter für die Sommermonate.

Wunderbare Gegend! Viele Möglichkeiten um den Urlaub perfekt zu gestalten!

Super Objekt, beste Lage mit Traumaussicht! Leider war der Backofen und und teilweise das Besteck schmutzig! Die Dusche weist Schimmelstellen auf und der eine Wasserhahn am Lavabo tropft! Die Waschmaschine zur gemeinsamen Benutzung war unhygienisch (Dosierfach) !!!

Ferienwohnung der Spitzenklasse

Die am Hang gelegene Ferienwohnung mit Privatparkplatz direkt vor der Tür ist ungewöhnlich groß und überaus üppig ausgestattet, insbesondere auch Bad und Küche, mit separatem WC. Eine riesige Terrasse erstreckt sich über die ganze Ausdehnung der Front der Wohnung mit herrlichem Blick über den See und die Berge. Die Wohnung ist über einen Aufzug von der Hangseite zugänglich. Einziges Manko ist ein Brandschutz-Sicherheitsmangel, weil die Wohnung nur über den Aufzug zugänglich ist und der einzige Fluchtweg über eine Treppe in die darunterliegende Wohnung mit Zugang zu Außentreppen durch eine verschlossene Tür versperrt ist.
