"This hotel is fantastic! The room was so comfortable, clean and well laid out. The hotel gives you passes you can use for busses, gondolas and funiculars. We went on them all, and the pass saved us hundreds of dollars! The breakfasts were amazing. They had a buffet as well as offerings from a menu (eggs Benedict, crepes, pancakes, etc…). We also had dinner at the hotel one night, which was delicious. The hotel staff was amazing. They helped us figure out the best places to go, when to go...

"Located just outside St Moritz in a nice town. We had dinner just down the street, a fabulous breakfast in the hotel and left for the Bernina train back to Italy. Would love to explore Switzerland more in the future. The hotel is classy and elegant with great views and just a quick bus to downtown St Moritz"

"Absolutely fantastic stay - we wish we could have been there longer! It was a short one night stop where we arrived in the evening from Liechtenstein ready to take the Glacier Express the following early morning from St Moritz. The staff gave us a warm and helpful greeting, and quickly got our key for our room. The room was beautiful, we loved the free mini bar and beautiful decor. We ate in the restaurant where both the food and service were exemplary. Our only reason to return to St Moritz...

"The Kronenhof continues to impress me with its attentive staff, top level service, food, and atmosphere. I received a complimentary room upgrade which I was not expecting. I requested a room change the second day after a significantly long hike due to noise from the Laret festival right below my window. The staff accommodated my request without issue. I will only stay at the Kronenhof when I visit the Upper Engadin."

"From the moment I got off the train with my shuttle pickup to my drop off back at the station, I was treated like family. I loved the welcome check-in with Prosecco, the sky bar with fantastic views and fabulous food, and the comfortable room. The hotel is next to the bus station for exploring around St. Moritz and a close walk down to the lake. I took advantage of the wonderful spa and relaxing massage, and my soaking tub each night.
