Thank you for interest in our family Hoemstead. This property has been making memories with our family and friends for the past 40+ years. Its location is the perfect distance, from Saratoga or Encampent, allowing you to enjoy the beauties of Rural Wyoming with the quick convenience of a short drive to all the local tourist stops, including Saratoga's Natural Mineral Hot Springs.

The property is perfect for large friend and/or family gatherings with it's multiple spacious interior and exterior family spaces, an over sized parking area and wrap around driveway. (Very trailer friendly) The front porch (2 steps) enters into the main level of the house, which includes 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, the kitchen & living space, as well as a heated screened-in porch. The garden level basement also includes 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The house is situated on 20+ private acres that ensures hours of quiet time for relaxing and wildlife viewing, also excellent running room for your fur babies!

There is a heated mud room, with hooks, for drying your outdoor adventure gear!
ie: swim suites, fly fishing, hiking & snowmobile gear

The surrounding area is saturated with Wyoming Adventures, including snowmobiling, snow shoeing, cross country skiing, hiking, biking, fishing, bird watching, river floats and Most Famous the Natural Mineral Hot Springs. Downtown Saratoga has an abundance of dinning options from fine Italian (make a reservation), Wyoming's favorite Beef Steak, an Ol' Fashion Ice cream parlor, a Whiskey Bar, to a local favorite Cantina!

A quick getaway

I wanted to take a trip where my dog could run and explore. I also was looking for a place with a comfortable vibe and beautiful scenery. This place met all my requirements. Bonus is that it was close to the Medicine Bow National Forest. Definitely would recognize to anyone wanting a nice quiet getaway with their family and fur babies. The house had so many nice touches to make it feel cozy.

Snowmobile getaway

The property owners were fantastic to work with and this home has all the right amenities for a group of people that love to snowmobile. This is a great location and set up to snowmobile both the Snowy Range and Sierra Madres. Plenty of room to park trucks and trailers.

Annual family snowmobile trip

Satisfied Again

This was our 2nd stay here in as many years so we obviously are happy with this property. It is big enough for 4 guys to each have a bedroom with a bathroom on each level. Plenty of room for gear in the front entryway and room outside for truck and trailer parking. Plan to continue staying here when in the area.

Perfect for our New Years

This homestead was perfect for our four couples and furries to spend time together. The setting is beautiful with plenty of gorgeous sunrises and sunsets. There are plenty of outdoor activities nearby and many options for restaurants in the surrounding little towns. The house had all the amenities we needed, the house was large enough for all of us and the beds very comfortable. The mud room was a bonus for everyone to drop off their coolers. Beautiful and perfect location to fish treasure Island

The screened in porch was amazing for the wildlife we saw. The porch area was large enough to play card games and such. Lots of blankets to wrap up in. Easy to use televisions with lots of options. It was a bit over priced for all we had to do. There were items listed that weren’t there (bathtub and spa/whirlpool) the upstairs dryer didn’t heat up so I had to contact the property owner. We had to clean the oven in order to use it; we had to clean the grill in order to use it; someone had actually put a dirty skillet away in the cupboard; we had to clean out the mouse poop in the bathroom drawers before using them. Be careful of the different fees at the end.
