"At 2am our toilet overflow, we had to pack up and move to another room in the middle of the night. Had a dog and child to transfer to the new room. In the new room the water temperature in the shower was backwards so cold was hot, hot was cold. Called General Manager Valencia to share my concerns. Never heard from her. I will be calling the head office about my stay and compensation for this trip. By the way breakfast was the same for the 3 days we stayed."

"The property was under construction. Kind of lame. Our volleyball “tournament” set this location up as an option. I guess I need to call ahead and find out what construction and outages there are before booking. The room was very remodeled and refreshed, except the furniture. The toilet is too close to the wall and there was no hot water Tuesday march 31st before we left, which is odd, few were staying there.
Whole pool area was re-tiled. Nice. Cookies at night are a nice touch. Biscuits and...

"Airport shuttle arrived within minutes of us calling to request one. For our return at 3:30AM the next morning, the shuttle was there right on time. The hotel staff was beyond accommodating - they were awesome. It was all about the customer. "
