"The hotel overall was clean and a variety of places to eat. The room was average could use some updating, but clean and housekeeping was on it. I have mixed emotions about customer service. Before we checked into the hotel talking on the phone to the front desk they were extremely rude hung up on not only once but twice before saying thank you or have a good day. But when we checked in, it went smooth. The casino was large and many games available and the breakfast as well. Was for the price...

"I booked to rooms because there were 5 of us. Both rooms had king beds in them and they said they were booked to move us to a room with 2 beds. My son had to sleep on the chair. Breakfast was cold and terrible."

"The outside entrance area is something to see. Lots of pigeons with their associated droppings. Hotel had an unpleasant odour in the hallways and elevator Room was fine and the price was excellent."
