    Cozy living room with a fireplace, perfect for relaxing. • Stylish, fully-equipped kitchen with new appliances. • First-floor game room with a foosball table, bunk beds (intended for children), and a twin bed.

    Rest easy in our comfortable bedrooms: • Master Bedroom (2nd Floor): Queen bed with a premium mattress. • Guest Bedroom (2nd Floor): Queen bed with a premium mattress. • All bedrooms are supplied with universal phone chargers for your convenience. • The home includes one modern bathroom with a walk-in shower.

    Step outside to enjoy the spacious backyard, deck, and a fire pit perfect for evening gatherings under the stars. Your furry family members are welcome and will love the safe, private space to play. (Fee applies, please register your furry friend on your reservation.)

Perfect little cozy place to stay right outside of Ellicotville. The kitchen is updated and great to cook meals in and the backyard is quiet and cozy. There is a side walk that leads you all the way into Ellicotville which is one of our favorite towns. Highly recommend staying here!

Our family had a lovely stay! The property was exactly as advertised, extremely clean, and had all of the amenities we could ask for. We enjoyed the fire pit and the serene yard every night! Kristie was responsive and helpful in all of our communication. Check in and check out was very easy.

Loved it will be back!

We only came for a short trip but the house had everything we needed, and it was very close to town. Also convenient to Holiday Valley where the kids are doing the adventure course. Clean and super comfortable bedding, cozy blankets, and a very nice coffee bar. Will definitely be back for a longer stay next time!

Ellicottville trip

Beautifully decorated home with comfortable beds and nice bedding. Loved the addition of charging stations in each bedroom and the speaker to listen to music. Also a nice front porch to sit and relax.

We loved our stay at the Powder Mill! It has a quaint, cottage feel with beautiful upgrades, super stylish decor, and every available amenity. This property is listed as pet-friendly, which it certainly is- lots of cute stuff for visiting pups- but no lingering pet smell or fur which was appreciated. Supremely clean and cozy! We got a ton of snow so the skiing was great, driveway and street were plowed frequently. Would LOVE to stay here again, in any season!

What a wonderful find for us! This home was very charming and cozy. It had all the basic amenities we needed for our weekend in EVL. Our host Katie was very responsive to anything we needed for our stay. We look forward to staying at this wonderful home again!

The home was just a short distance from town, which made everything super convenient! The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The kitchen was beautiful, and we absolutely loved the fire pit — it made for some great evenings. We had an amazing weekend! Thank you so much!
