"Amazing service, charming rooms, fantastic food. I went there after a gorilla trek and before hiking up Bisoke and they were fantastic. They helped arrange transport as well. Will absolutely be staying here again if I'm back in Musanze."

"I loved this place so much. Staff especially is just so kind and amazing! Everyone who works there deserves a raise. Beautiful hotel, clean and massive rooms, and Pacific helped me arrange transportation which was super helpful. Definitely staying here again if I ever visit. Thank you! "

"The house is a 15-20’ walk from the center. Difficult to communicate with the lady (no French, little English) but her husband speaks fluent French. Excellent breakfast, clean and spacious room."

"I had a great time at Virunga Homestay, I initially only booked for a few nights but then stayed over a week. Francis is a very considerate, helpful, and accommodating host. The place is very clean, spacious and quiet. The homestay has good wifi and warm showers and the breakfast was wonderful, I highly recommend it. I will definitely come back. "

"I booked a small single room which was perrfectly adequate for my needs. The wifi was challenging, but the reception worked on it and got it to work for me. Very friendly and helpful staff, the food was good, and they were open to fix us something not on the menu. Its located off the main road outside of the town center, but is still a walkable distance from the business centers. "

"The Faraja Hotel is a great place to stay! Although there was an issue upon check-in when they were unable to find my pre-paid reservation for 6 nights, once they located it, everything was fine. The staff is AMAZING! They went out of their way every moment of every day in order to ensure that my stay was the best that it could be. When I asked where the local supermarket was, one of the employees got in my car with me and took me there, and waited for me while I shopped. I was traveling alone,...

"Snow Hotel hade ingen bokning på oss genom hotels.com. när vi anlände trots att vi bokat och pengar dragits. Inget som stod på hotels.com. stämde med verkligheten förutom namn och adress.
