The staff were the highlight of the stay! They were so kind and dedicated and took very good care of us! The hotel was good but I would just go back for the customer service, absolutely amazing!!!!

まだ新しく部屋もとても綺麗で快適に過ごせました。アメニティも充実しているし、シャワーのお湯量も文句無しでした！ 何よりもホテルからの景色が最高で、テラスで景色を観ながらの朝食は素晴らしかったです。 メイン通りからは入ったところにあるため、自然の音を聞きながら朝日や夕焼けを眺めることもできます。 スタッフもフレンドリーでホスピタリティに溢れていて、またEllaに来る機会があれば是非また泊まりたいところです。

Excellent property. Great views of Ella Rock and Little Adam’s peak from our room. Staff goes out of their way to help you in every way possible. They even arranged tuk tuk for us at 3:00 am in the morning. Breakfast was freshly made and by order. The hotel is up on the hill but easily walkable to the city center. Very close to city center and station.

Beautiful, serene location and lovely staff. Attentive people and great breakfast. The only negative was that it was difficult to find as there are no signs pointing to how to get to it, and it is hidden in the middle of the forest.

Breakfast was tasty. Room was clean. The view was top notch - you have the Ella Rock right in front of you, especially from the restaurant on the second floor. Note that there is no elevator to the restaurant, and that it only serves breakfast and not lunch or dinner. There is also no A/C or fans in the restaurant so it can get hot when you eat. They do have outdoor space. The best of all is the staff, who were so ready to help. Note that it is quite high up on a hill, so it may be harder to get to than a hotel by the main road. But for us, the view more than compensated it.

spotless rooms, comfortable bed, really helpful and friendly staff with good breakfasts. be aware the hotel is at the top of quite a steep hill, we enjoyed the walking but maybe consider using a tuktuk if you're not a fan! overall this was probably the best hotel we stayed at in Sri Lanka

Ett nybyggt, rent och mycket fräscht hotell med en underbar utsikt. Rummen är stora och stilrena med sköna sängar. Personalen är otroligt vänlig och serviceminded och får en att känna sig varmt välkommen. Hotellet ligger endast cirka 10 minuters promenad från Ellas centrum. Nära till allt, men ändå lugnt och tyst. Vägen upp till hotellet är charmig och grönskande, bitvis lite backig. Vi är väldigt nöjda med vår vistelse och skulle gärna bo här igen

The hotel is new and there are nice views but it is hard to find (no signs on the road and most Tuktuk drivers don't know the place) and they are building a 2nd floor so it can get noisy. It's a bit isolated although it is possible to walk to the center if you don't mind hills and it is pitch black in the evening (I did it several times to avoid the hassle of getting a Tuktuk). The room was not cleaned once during my 3 night stay. The staff were kind but they were hanging out in the lobby with friends/other staff(?) in the evening, making it feel more like a dorm than a hotel. Also, I asked them to organize Tuktuk transport twice assuming I they had reliable partners that ask fair prices and the driver they arranged tried charging me triple the normal price (I spent several months in Sri Lanka so I am aware of fair prices...). The hotel is nice but it isn't run like a hotel.

We stayed one night at Heaven Breeze in Ella, and from the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with open arms by the owner and the entire team. Everyone was so kind and genuine. You instantly feel at home. Our room was absolutely beautiful, spacious, clean, and with incredibly comfortable beds and soft, high-quality linens. We slept like a dream! This brand new hotel offers absolutely breathtaking views, with Little Adam’s Peak on the left and Ella Mountain on the right. The sunrise is simply magical and definitely a must-see if you stay here! Enjoy your breakfast or a delicious dinner from the restaurant while soaking in the view, it’s pure bliss. I wanted to love this hotel, I really did. It has a great location with amazing view. I’m going to preface this review by saying that the hotel manager/reception manager was AWESOME and went above and beyond to help us and make us welcome. She is the only reason this gets an “ok” rather than a terrible. The breakfast service was shocking. We sat for 40 mins. After ordering a simple breakfast with tea/coffee and juice/water, we sat though a comedy of errors where nothing was right. My coffee arrived after 10 mins along with a fruit plate I said specifically I didn’t want. A bowl of eight slices of stale bread pretending to be toast arrived. 15 mins after this my mum’s tea turned up without a lid on the pot and no milk. We sat for another 20 mins watching the assistant potter around and move dirty plates about, with no signs of breakfast arriving. We gave up after 45 mins, and went to check out. As we left the hotel, the breakfast we ordered had still not been made, and there was no sign of the water and juice on the table either. For a hotel that has been open just months, it’s fraying at the edges, much like the towels we were given, that were frayed, musty and stained. The room wasn’t tidied either, so the towels we had purposely left in the “please replace” position remained for us. We weren’t allowed to leave until our room had been “inspected”. I’m not sure what we were going to do to a room, but that was insulting after the experience we had here.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Heaven Breeze Hotel and can’t recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. Every team member was warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Their hospitality truly made the experience special. The rooms were excellent—spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. Everything was exceptionally clean, from the fresh linens to the spotless bathrooms. It’s clear that cleanliness and attention to detail are a top priority here, which made the stay even more relaxing. The views were absolutely breathtaking of Ella’s Rock and Little Adam’s Peak. Overall, Heaven Breeze Hotel offers amazing service, excellent accommodation, and an unbeatable experience for anyone visiting the area. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!
