With ample space for a group of seven, this condo is the perfect home away from home for your next family vacation or weekend getaway.

As you climb six steps leading to this charming condo, you'll feel the excitement. When you step through the door, you'll be greeted with a spacious and stylish living area, all on one level for your convenience. Step out onto the outdoor deck and take in the breathtaking views while you swing on the porch swing or enjoy a meal at the outdoor dining table. Inside, you'll find all the comforts of home, including plush rugs, a smart TV with Roku, and lightning-fast Wi-Fi. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for the perfect meal, and the private office offers a tranquil spot to get work done while taking in the picturesque view.

But the real fun begins once you step into the fully stocked game closet. Hours of entertainment await with a wide selection of board games for all ages. And if you're feeling adventurous, big your fishing pole and your hand at fishing off the dock? And don't worry about packing too much; there's a convenient washer and dryer available for your use.


Sail to this condo, dock your boat, and secure it in your exclusive slip! You can easily access the water from Waterfront Park (Free boat Trailer Parking) or nearby marinas.

Enjoy full condo access featuring a spacious outdoor deck with a porch swing and a propane grill. The living space has plush rugs, a smart TV with Roku, and high-speed Wi-Fi. Discover a contemporary kitchen stocked with essentials. Moreover, a private office provides a picturesque view. Visitors can enjoy fishing off the dock, the board game collection, and the washer and dryer.

Ideal for fishing, kayaking, paddle-boarding, or river swimming.
Up to four vehicles are permitted, with two reserved parking spaces and two spots in the central overflow area, allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Oversized vehicles, bucket trucks, and trailers are NOT permitted. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, and a maximum of three guests.

Lovely condo with everything we needed. Clean, just minutes from downtown, close to restaurants and shops. Absolutely amazing views of the cypress trees in the river. Would definitely stay there again.

Roomy, clean, well-stocked kitchen, comfy beds, and right on the water - all that we were hoping for! We liked the easy walk across the river into Elizabeth City and found several good restaurants and shops to enjoy. We would certainly come back!

Don't let the building itself deter you - it looks a bit dated on the outside, but the interior and back deck/outdoor living spaces were everything we could want, and the view was INCREDIBLE. So clean, modern and comfortable inside, and laid out VERY well for our needs. We honestly could have moved in and lived here and been happy, lol. Jen was SO helpful and johnny on the spot when we had a brief glitch with the entry pad. Didn't have a single repeat problen throughout the trip. Highly recommend this VRBO!

The condo was the perfect location for the family gathering. We explored Elizabeth City and took advantage of the boat dock for a little boat ride. The dock house felt like home and the pictures didn’t do it justice. It’s absolutely stunning inside. The view from the balcony was incredible. We will be back again.

From start to finish our stay exceeded our expectations! This is THE perfect location! Just over the bridge from so many wonderful activities. But also a peaceful, zen morning experience on the Pasquatank River. We caught (and released) fish from right outside our door. Local family kayaked to our dock! The Dock House itself was stocked with many thoughtful amenities; it made for an effortless stay. Even the decor was calm and peaceful. Loved the live plants, fish tanks and the big towels! Our hosts were instantly responsive to our questions and I left feeling like we were friends. Thank you for providing such a welcoming, comfortable and fun place for us to stay!

Had a wonderful stay in this well-appointed condo. Spacious one floor living with comfortable furnishings. We watched a lot of sail boats from the large deck and fished from the pier (caught a variety of fish). Close to old downtown (within walking distance), with a lot of good restaurants and two breweries. Highly recommend.

We can't say enough about this property, its location and views, and communication with the hosts. Beautifully located on the Pasquotank River, which feeds into Albemarle Sound. It is so peaceful and the vistas are just great. We could have sat all day in one of the rooms looking out onto the river, watching the water, boat activity, and birds. So serene. We liked it so much, we are coming back in July! And, communication with the hosts was timely and informative, and they were so welcoming. We love Elizabeth City! A great little waterfront town with nice people.
