"Just didn’t use amenities but everything was fantastic"

"Stayed for 4 nights on work trip. 1. Staff was very friendly and helpful. 2. Breakfast was mostly carbs but was complementary, so you get what you get at that price. 3. Room was stuffy and absolutely reeked of fried food from previous guest. Bathroom vent and vent filters in AC completely packed with dust. Room wold benefit with use of dehumidifier. OVERALL: Was ok for base to go to work from."

"The stay was average. Our fridge door didn't seal right so it defrosted items I needed to keep frozen. Our room was non smoking but smelled heavily of marijuana. Luckily they had another room available to switch us to that didn't smell. A little inconvenient though having to move all our stuff especially with an infant. They should have known they shouldn't have put anyone in a room smelling like that. No way housekeeping didn't smell it. Breakfast was your average hotel breakfast."

"Everything was wonderful, with just a couple of issues. The set up was lovely and clean. The staff was very friendly. The beds were soft, and the events for families was an added bonus. Unfortunately, there were bugs flying in the room constantly getting into our food. THEN, every morning at 5:30 there was a horrible mechanical sound which woke me up every morning. I finally went to the store and bought a pair of earplugs to make it bearable. All and all a nice environment, however the insects...

"Said free breakfast and there was none, not even coffee. The wifi was hit and miss."

"I booked my room through Expedia and on the website the picture showed that the rooms have a kitchenette. It also says it has a kitchenette in the description. The rooms do not have a kitchenette. I also was supposed to have a room with a sofa with a pullout and I did not get that either the free continental breakfast is a joke. My room never got cleaned the entire time I stayed and I never got my deposit back. Needless to say I will never be staying there again."
