There were holes in the couches, contacted the owner and he knew about it didn't contact us to let is know, properly wasn't clean sent pictures with e idence of bugs, gum and just overall not satisfied with property. Lots of damages to walls and proprty. Hot water in showers were not hot. We rented property for a month owner didn't seem to care about our satisfied. Owner was on and off the property during the stay wasn't the slucluded trip we were looking for after all the money we spent. We left the property in a spotless condition and even did all the laundry oher than the sheets but we did strip the beds. Overall just not the experience or cozy place we wanted.Here is a polished, professional version of your message that clearly explains your concerns while still sounding firm and reasonable:We were very disappointed with our stay at this property. Upon arrival, we noticed there were holes in the couches, which the owner later admitted he was already aware of but did not disclose to us prior to our arrival. The property was not properly cleaned — we provided photos showing evidence of bugs, gum left behind, and overall unclean conditions.There were also numerous damages to the walls and other areas of the property. Additionally, the hot water in the showers never got hot, which was a major inconvenience during our month-long stay.We rented this property for an entire month and expected a comfortable, secluded experience, especially considering the amount of money

We enjoyed the spacious, peaceful, charming , beautiful Barndo. We loved staying away from the busy city. This location was perfect, minutes away to GulfShore , and Pensacola which most of our favorite spots were easy to get too. We also loved the Barndo because it was pet friendly which was a plus for us! Mark was quick to respond and accommodate us with extra fans for the upstairs room.

I loved the Barndo, very spacious, clean and tucked away nicely. I loved hearing the tinks on the roof, it gave off a very peaceful ambiance, especially while sitting on the porch. There were ducks and dragon flies galore... 1 literally sat next to me for like a good 15-20 mins.

Sibling Trip

My siblings and I recently stayed at the barndo and it was an amazing time for all. The house is very spacious and was able to comfortably sleep our large group. We loved being away from the traffic but close to everything in the area. I would highly recommend the barndo for your next trip. We’re already hoping to plan our next stay.

This place was perfect for my husband and i and my two kids. back away, peaceful and exactly what described in the listing it was absolutely beautiful inside as well. We were here for a baseball tournament and travel between Foley, Pensacola, and orange beach and it was perfectly located in the middle of all of them

Gulf shores trip

Mark was so responsive with any questions i had! Loved the house and the privacy. The house is wide open and was perfect for our bug family. Didnt have to worry about the kids being on the front porch on this huge property

Peaceful and quiet

The location was perfect. It was close to the things we wanted to do around gulf shores without having to stay directly on the beach. Mark was a great host, he responded quickly to any questions that we had and was very polite.
