"It was a terrible experience - the staff is very slow. They are quick to charge & then they lose the information . Between the front desk & the concierge, I almost missed my flight. The spa wasn’t very cordial either. The rooms details are so dark , it’s hard to find switches. The windows were dirty. ..."

"La anfitriona nos recibió muy bien, pero cuando entramos al apartamento hacía muchísimo, pero muchísimo calor, que el aire acondicionado disipó en unas horas (estábamos en la última planta).
