This private Westside apartment comfortably accommodates up to four guests and features two bedrooms and one full bathroom. The primary bedroom includes a King bed and its own TV, while the second bedroom offers a comfortable Queen bed. Guests can enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room, and a dining area designed for a relaxing stay.

One designated parking space is provided and marked with the letter `A.` Additional street parking is also available directly in front of the property on a first come, first served basis. Conveniently located near I-10, shopping, restaurants, and local attractions, this inviting retreat is perfect for both short and extended stays.

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire apartment during their stay, including both bedrooms, the bathroom, kitchen, living room, and dining area. Self check in is available through a smart lock, allowing convenient and secure access at any time after check in.

We respect our guests` privacy and give them space to enjoy their stay. However, we are always available through the Airbnb app, phone, or message if you need assistance, have questions, or would like local recommendations. Our goal is to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

No Smoking
Smoking or strong odors indoors are not allowed. A $150 cleaning fee applies if odors are detected.
Cannabis use is prohibited on all premises.

Linens & Towels
Please handle with care. Replacement fees apply for damaged items:

Towels: $8 | Hand Towels: $4.50

King Sheets: $130 | Queen Sheets: $110

King Comforter: $100 | Queen Comforter: $90

No Food on Beds or Sofas
Help us keep furniture clean—no eating or drinking on beds or sofas. Cleaning fees may apply:

Rugs: $150 | Chairs: $120 each

Loveseats/Sofas: $160 each

Breakages
Please report any accidental damage. Fees may apply for repairs or replacements.

Pet Policy
Pets are welcome with prior notice. A pet fee will be charged to cover extra cleaning. Help us keep the home fresh for everyone!

Please do not leave trash or food behind. Use the designated bins and take out any excess garbage before checkout.

If you move any furniture or items (like lamps, nightstands, chairs, etc.), kindly return them to their original place before departure.
