Elegant Victorian Parlor

Experience a part of history with a touch of modern amenities. 2 level home with full basement. Located in the heart of El Paso. This historical home is one block from UTEP in the Sunset Heights neighborhood. Amenities include refrigerated air central heating and a full remodel in 2015. Property has gone and extensive lead remediation and testing by a professional company with certificate of remedial. All bedrooms are located upstairs and each offer a view to a significant landmark of the border area. Parking is street area in a calm safe neighborhood. Property is a mile form downtown plaza and chihuahuas baseball stadium. Experience confort, elegance and history in this well preserved and updated home from 1915.

Delightful. One of the best VRBOs we've ever stayed in. Fully decorated for Christmas and New Years. Every small thing you would hope a house had. It's an old Victorian, so bathrooms not connected and no garage/lots of steps. But the charm overcomes the lack of convenience. Right by I-10, but you can't hear the traffic inside.

Such a great stay at a very well remodeled home in the Historic Sunset Heights neighborhood of El Paso. The home is very well cared for and well stocked. Beautiful home in safe area

This house is gorgeous inside and out. The neighborhood felt safe and was close to everything we needed. The house was clean, beautifully decorated, and the basement game area was fun for the kids. We had a minor issue upon arrival and the host immediately came over and resolved the issue himself. We would definitely recommend this house!

Wonderful, authentic El Paso place with great location

Beautiful place, well appointed, plenty of room for a family of 5. Sunset Heights is my favorite neighborhood in EP, so if you stay here you’re definitely getting the full EP experience. Will be staying here every time we come back to this amazing city!

Beautiful property right beside downtown

Elegant home with each floor being beautifully crafted. Space for the whole family and close to anything driving distance wise. The basement is beyond words and I truly can’t wait to book again for my next stay in El Paso. 10/10 and will be back again.
