The hotel staff is on their A-game for anything you need. The drivers for the hotel tours, Brian and Pedro, were also top-notch. They took us around town and made us feel extremely comfortable and at home."

And he was helpful in getting us a 2nd key to our room, and booking a taxi and a tour for us during our stay. We were there for a a week and could walk pretty much anywhere in town.
