"We loved that the AC in our room was super cold! But it was disappointing that the pool was closed for repairs and there was no mention of that when we booked. We brought swim suits and planned for an afternoon of relaxing by the pool only to find out it was Temporarily Closed and was only half full of water. I understand that repairs or maintenance must happen, just wish we had notice when we made the reservation."

"Hotel is an all suite hotel which is nice. It has a sofa bed, frig & microwave. Shower area is separate from toilet area for convenience. Shower looked like it had mold in the corners. The air conditioner cooled the room, but was extremely noisy. Breakfast was typical hotel breakfast. Had waffles and eggs with a few variations. Would have liked a sweet roll option, but only bagels, bread and English muffins. Workout room was OK, but equipment could use some maintenance. Very safe location....

"Parking was easy. Staff friendly. Property is being remodeled and trash is left in parking lot which needs to be cleaned up. Only other negative is the train track near by. Otherwise very safe and nice property."

"David truly makes this property so accommodating and creates a family atmosphere. From the front desk to housekeeping, everyone projects the same vibe! Breakfast is always absolutely delish and gives me something to look forward to in the am. The tropical outdoor pool is always clean and refreshing. I recently had a successful major surgery to give me the ability to walk again. I consider this property home! 🙏🌟🏡"

"We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The staff was extremely friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The breakfast was delicious every morning, and everything throughout the property was very clean and well maintained. A special thank you to the receptionist who helped us during checkout on Monday morning. She was beyond helpful, attentive, and professional. You could tell she had a lot going on and was practically running everything by herself, yet she still handled everything...

"We had to leave the hotel! Room was dirty and smelled nasty! Sheets were dirty and when I asked to bring clean sheets and pillow cases, the pillows were yellow with stains! We grabbed our bags and left after 10 minutes "

It might not seem like much but it really was an extra little step taken that made my experience even better. "It was very quiet and the bed was comfortable... Kitchenette came with pots and pans for cooking, dishes and silverware.. Plenty of places to eat within walking distance... The only issue was the shower drained slow and the TVs need to be upgraded... Overall I enjoyed my experience and would stay here again..."
