We booked a private room for 1 night, weeks in advance. We arrived at 1700 to an empty front desk and other travelers also waiting to check-in. No había toalla de manos en el baño. La atención no estuvo mal pero estaría mejor si la señora no estaría presente. Parece brava y le falta carisma para estar en servicio al cliente.
