Què li ha agradat: Neteja, comoditats i estat de l’allotjament i instal·lacions
This was our first time and the staff treated us like we should know what to do. The Casino is loud and overstimulating, which is expected in a casino, but it contributed to us not understanding where to go and how everything worked. There were three people at the front desk helping us, and when I asked for a map, they didn’t have one. We kept asking how things worked, and they didn’t seem to understand we needed direction. I think they were new but there wasn’t anyone there to fully help us. When we asked for help with our luggage, we waited 15 minutes and then called down again and they said that they did a shift change and no one communicated with them that we needed help. They apologized for the wait.
The casino allows smoking which is horrific for those that don’t smoke. A positive is that they have a great ventilation system because you can smell the smoke in the hotel hallways and rooms but then it goes away quickly.
The pool area was excellent. It was not crowded and the water was warm. The lazy river includes the inner tubes which made the experience at the pool even better. We ate at B&B and the food and staff was excellent there. It was my husband‘s birthday and they wrote him a personal card. I would come again just for the B&B restaurant and pool.
