Built in 2018, it meets the latest standards of sound and thermal insulation. Air conditioning in all bedrooms and living room.

Cleaning during and at the end of the stay is at the expense of the tenant but can be carried out at an additional cost on request.

Articulated around the swimming pool, the house offers you 220 m2 of comfort on 1500 m2 of land (large paved parking in front of the house allowing the parking of 6 cars without worries + 700 m2 of garden at the back)

The area is residential, composed exclusively of family homes, so not suitable for festive and noisy holidays.
All amenities are nearby: mini-market open 7 days a week 2 km from the accommodation, bakery, greengrocer and pizza truck 5 minutes away. By continuing a few more minutes, you will arrive in the city center with pharmacy, creamer, tobacconist, etc...
Marseille, Cassis and the beaches are 40 minutes away by car.
Eguilles is a pretty Provencal village located 10 km from the historic center of Aix en Provence and close to the Sainte Victoire. Perched at an altitude of 300 meters, surrounded by fields and forests, it has a remarkable belvedere offering an exceptional view of the Provençal countryside.
It is an excellent starting point to discover this beautiful region and its many tourist sites: Sainte Victoire, Aix en Provence, Provence, Luberon, creeks, Marseille, Lourmarin, Ansouis
