"In non-smoking rooms you are going to feel that someone has already smoked there. Nearby shops open very late. Breakfast simple. Staff is very unhelpful"

"This hotel is located slightly off the beaten path for the Brussels tourist circle, but it was a good location for us (near a daily vintage market and lots of vintage clothing stores). For my usual rating points: staff: friendly and accommodating, beds: comfortable, water pressure: nonexistent :( but two out of three isn’t bad. Breakfast buffet was comprehensive if not a little oversubscribed at peak times. "

"It was excellent. The location for us was perfect because it was right across the street from the train station, which is so convenient. Our days are so full we dont need prime location spots. I like when I can ditch my luggage quickly on arrival. The hotel was so clean as has been every place I've been in Europe. The front desk guy was great, so helpful and sweet. If I had to say anything, the lighting in the room was very poor, but not a deal breaker in any way."

"Great location. Cafes & restaurants are a few minutes walk. If you are there on a Wednesday there is a market within walking distance. Staff are very helpful & responsive. I would certainly choose to stay here again."

"I would not recommend this hotel. The location is good, but unfortunately that’s the only positive thing about our stay. The rooms were not clean, and the noise was unbearable, we could hear everything from the other rooms as well as constant noise from the street outside. On top of that, the room was extremely hot during both nights of our stay. We called reception many times asking for help, but nothing was resolved. Each time they said they would contact the manager, but no one ever helped...

"The hotel itself is great. The breakfast was good. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The location is right at the Train station and seems unsafe at night. There is nothing to do around the hotel, choices of restaurants are limited. There are a few fast food and sandwich shops in the train station as well as a supermarket. Getting to the airport is very easy using the Train and very inexpensive compared to taxi."

"The hotel is in a great location, across the street from a metro stop and less than a 10 minute walk to the Grand Place. Brussels Central Station is within a 15 minute walk as well. Breakfast is available daily for free, but only from 8:00 - 10:00, so if you're an early bird, you'll have to find something else. The breakfast consisted of eggs, bacon, bread, fruit, yogurt and pastries."
