"We really enjoyed our stay. We were disappointed with the women who was at the front desk when we checked in. She wasn't friendly and was condescending in regards to questions we had about our stay. Later when we went to the pool there was a gentleman at the desk and he was very helpful, our ice maker wasn't working and he got us a bag of ice. He was very pleasant."

"Better than I expected. Cute and comfortable, easy to walk to Main Street and Gondola. It got warm in August, there is no A/C, but there was a tower fan in the closet that we used to blow outside air into the unit at night and that did the trick."

"We had a nice stay at the resort. It was clean, tidy, and kid friendly. I would suggest using a descaler for the shower head in our room to improve the water pressure. Also the humidifier had a filter that needed changing. We checked out 2 days early and have not heard back in regards to our refund. I spoke to Zach at the concierge desk and he said he would email Expedia back regarding our refund. Thank you for the stay."

"Great location comfortable only negative no air conditioning a fan helped a lot and second the upstairs bedroom area had a spiral staircase hard for 2 70 y/o to use. We will return to this hotel "

"Perfect location for enjoying all that downtown Breckenridge has to offer. Room overlooked the Blue River facing East toward Main Street. Relaxing sounds of the water combined with beautiful scenery, wonderful weather, and location made this a great getaway from the heat and humidity back home."

"The Lodge was good place to stay. Not quite Excellent but very good. General theme was Rustic Mountain with lots of wood and beams. Common areas were clean and in good condition. Room was good, beds ok but air flow was poor even with windows open. There were ceiling fans and extra box fans available. Did use ceiling fan, quiet and modern looking. But was warmer on one side of room. Would recommend if you wanted to be away from town but think we will book different place closer to Breck for...

"The facilities and room were quite nice and the person at reception - Brooke - was exceptional: warm, welcoming and helpful. However we had a few issues upon arrival that could have been avoided with a bit of extra attention: - the cleaning crew left the fridge door ajar and ice from the freezer melted into the fridge and onto the kitchen floor - the shower valve wasn't operational and had to be fixed - the toilet plunger was disconnected and wouldn't flush We took care of those issues...

"Loved how close it is to the center of town. We walked everywhere. Only time we used the car was grocery shopping. This was a nice size property for a 3 night trip. Nice size living/dining and kitchen. I agree with some other comments that it is a bit tired looking, cabinets are scratched and worn, floor trim is broken. But that didn't deter from having a nice time."
