"We had a wonderful stay at Cape Cod Motor Inn. The owner was incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was specious and clean, and the photos on the website really don’t do it justice. In the morning there was complimentary coffee with a pastry, which was a lovely touch. We’d love to come back! "

"Such an adorable retro renovation. Rooms are spacious, beds and pillows super comfy, great design and spotless. Sparkling pool ,fire pits, corn hole and cabanas... awesome vibe. Much more than I expected from a road side motel. Conveniently located near restaurants, and stores, with beaches just a short drive away. The staff are all friendly and professional. "

"I would rate this B&B a 6 star if possible! The accommodations were wonderful and the staff was terrific! Our breakfasts were delicious and the cookies were yummy. Carol was a fantastic host and met all our needs. I would highly recommend the Captain Farris B&B!"

"We spent our first vacation here and it was a nice stay. I would recommend bringing towels because their towel exchange is one for one. Other than that great time and nice, safe, convenient place to stay. The pool was great. Very very clean."

"Wonderful veranda with couches and tables protected from the elements. They serve a wonderful breakfast with a fabulous cappuccino/latte coffee maker. It’s amazing coffee. Also A beautiful pool area and a grill with picnic tables."

"Cute hotel the rooms are updated and clean . The pool area is updated as well. The front desk was very friendly as well. We arrived a few hours early before check-in they gave us our parking pass early so we were able to go over to the beach while we waited for our room . "

"Ocean Mist is perfectly situated in Yarmouth. Would definitely go back again!!! Check in was quick, they were great about us having two cars. Staff is friendly and professional. The loft room is spacious, perfect for a family of five. Two TVs, one upstairs in the loft and one downstairs. The beds are decent. (Loft pull out bed needs cushion.) If you don’t want to venture out to eat, it has a small kitchenette with a cooktop *bring cookware* (there’s a Shaw’s and a S&S 5-10 minutes away.) We...

"The property was clean and adequate. The outside walls are paper thin so we could hear everything outside. But otherwise a clean place to stay while going to the waterpark. The waterpark was excellent for all ages. Looking forward in seeing whats new next year."
