Located in the quiet community of Cavanagh, southwest Edmonton, this cosy suite is 15 minutes from the Edmonton International airport, 10 minutes from south Edmonton common and 5 minutes from a recreation centre. Each bedroom has a queen-sized bed; the living room has a sofa bed; the kitchen has the necessary appliances and utensils. There is in-suite laundry available, high-speed internet and free parking

I have stayed at this property multiple times, and it has been consistently great. Kitchen is so nicely designed with a gas stove, huge tv in the living room, beds are comfortable and quiet at night. Very nice hosts who are always willing to assist when needed, but also give you privacy. It’s perfect!

Damp and Uncomfortable

Stayed for a night booked a couple days in advance. When you book they tell you that they’ll send you the check in instructions the day of. Not so. I had to follow up with the property owner to get the access code 2 hours past the check in time, at 6:20pm… not ok. When I arrived there was a musty smell everywhere in the unit, the sheets and bedding were actually damp (try sleeping on that), and the bathroom was not cleaned from whoever was there previously. Dust and hair in the bathtub and sink. Didn’t seem to be ‘cleaned’ at all. I would have rather spent my money to stay in a hotel than here. Overall I was extremely tired and disappointed.

Great Home Away From Home

This basement suite was clean and spacious, in a quiet neighbourhood, with quick access to major roads. It had lots of extra touches - from a few snacks, to cooking staples, and kitchen appliances/ dishes. I would highly recommend staying here.
