Woodland Retreat with Pool & Tennis court access!

Cozy home nestled in the trees! Your family will enjoy a peaceful getaway in this 3 bedroom home surrounded by nature, yet enjoying the convenience of Edmond restaurants and shopping.

Home is on the corner of a 17 acre estate with a pond, creek, tennis court and pool. Guests can enjoy access to the grounds and swimming (May 1st to September 30th) & tennis by reservation at no additional charge.

Ask hosts if you want to arrange a family reunion- two additional guest houses nearby!

PARTIES/EVENTS
Parties/ special events are NOT ALLOWED without permission from host and are subject to additional fees. This is due to liability risks on our gated property. Ask host about parties/ events rate.

***Property is under 24 hour surveillance and if we find out you are hosting an unauthorized party, you will be subject to $500 penalty and being asked to leave immediately ***

Beautiful location, very quiet and close to lots of things to do. Swimming pool could have been cleaned as there were lots of leaves in it but it was close to end of summer so may be different during earlier months of summer. Floors needed to be swept and mopped, but ther than that house was good. Beds were firm if you like a firm bed. We enjoyed our time there though.

Great Stay!

A great stay, nice and clean. Could use a 2nd bath or 1/2 bath, but overall it worked out perfectly for where we needed to be. The owner was responsive, we were able to check in over 2 hours early, and he so nice when we had trouble with the door lock he came right over to help.

Great Family Spot

The cabin is very nice, quiet and clean. In a safe beautiful area! Very happy we decided to stay in Edmond. The pool is one of the best we’ve ever seen. Warm and clean. The kids had hours of fun.

Great property in a safe and quiet suburb of OKC

The house was great, the pool was our favorite. The hosts do a great job of scheduling pool time and being sure to accommodate any requests. When a small issue arose, they were quick to offer a resolve and handle it appropriately. The neighborhood, while very close to shopping and highways, seemed safe and relatively quiet.

Home review

The swimming pool was not clean. The house itself was clean. I like the privacy of the house. It was away from all the rest of the houses. The check-in process was not good. The address for the house was not the same address as it was on the listing. It took a while for us to find the actual property, but once we found it, it was nice So if I had to give it a rating, I would give it a 4 out of five out. I don’t think the property is worth the price only because the pool not being clean, ruined it and the chickens and the dog ran around the property and the check-in process. The host was really nice and he made sure I found the home.

Beautiful setting

We enjoyed this tidy home set on a lovely piece of property. Visited family in Edmond for Thanksgiving. Enjoyed taking a walk and grandkids loved the tree swings. Owner and groundskeeper were friendly. On the edge of town but close to main roads and amenities. Kitchen was adequate for preparing simple meals. Could use some measuring cups, but probably most folks aren’t cooking from scratch like I did for Thanksgiving side dish!
