The sandy beach and beautiful Atlantic ocean are only steps away! The view doesn't get much better then this. This home is rated in the top 3 views on Edisto Island.

The main floor is on the 1st level. This floor houses 4 bedrooms (sleeps 12) 3 bath, living room and access to the beach. 2 bedrooms are primary suites that have en-suite bathrooms while the other 2 bedrooms sport bunk beds (4 twin in each room) with 1 shared bathroom as well as a pull out sofa (sleeps 2). The laundry room is located just inside the front door for accessibility. This is also the 1st stop for the elevator.

The 2nd floor sports a beautiful open concept with the over sized kitchen, kitchen island, dining room, living room and balcony that over sees the Atlantic ocean. This also houses a primary suite that has direct access to the balcony. This level has 2 bathrooms, 1 in the en-suite and 1 shared. This is also the 2nd and final floor for the elevator.

The 3rd floor sports a limited kitchenette that provides a mini fridge, sink and storage covered in a counter top perfect for snacks and making drinks. This floor also has a half bath, and a large balcony for all of the views with 2 chairs and 3 loungers.

Outside there is a charcoal BBQ perfect for cooking for the whole family while enjoying the sounds of the beach.

The home is close to the Edisto pavilion/pier, several restaurants, and right around the corner from the island grocery store and local service station. It is also within walking or biking distance of several local shops.

Pets are possible at this location for an additional nonrefundable fee plus tax. Dogs only. Pet fees are per pet with a maximum of 2 dogs allowed.

**7 Night minimum from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Check in/check out is Friday only during this time frame.
