My ground floor, spacious and bright apartment puts a contemporary twist on Georgian style. Located in the heart of the famous New Town, 10 minutes walk from Princes Street and the rail station, this is the perfect location to explore Edinburgh from.
My apartment is in the heart of the New Town. This is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and therefore carefully protected from ugly development. It supports a lovely mix of residential property and boutique retailing - tons of coffee shops, private galleries, restaurants, interior design shops etc. My apartment comes with keys to a private community garden too, nice for a stroll or to read a paper on a nice day.

Everything went perfect with Steven's place! He was waiting for us to show everything of the house and gave us a few tips to move around and some places to have lunch and breakfast. The apartment was in perfect conditions, very cozy, clean and stylish.

Excellent city apartment

We had a wonderful stay here. This cozy apartment is in a great part of the city with close access to a lovely gated city garden and many great restaurants. The apartment is very comfortable and as a bonus, has beautiful artwork/decor in each room.

Lovely home near everything!

We had a wonderful stay here. The location is close to many attractions and with numerous restaurants and markets nearby. The appliances and all accommodations worked very well. Only improvement would be having a bigger bed. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place in New Town Edinburgh

This was truly a five star VRBO property. Immaculate, large airy rooms, well equipped kitchen, modern bath, great location for sightseeing and dining. Communication and orientation was great. Highly recommend this property.

Amazing stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This flat is very conveniently located, yet the neighborhood feels peaceful and residential. It is well-appointed, and the bed was very comfortable. We loved spotting a fox walking on the back garden wall in the evenings.

Wonderful quiet flat in a great location

My fiancé and I had a lovely stay here. The flat is very clean and comfortable and we felt right at home. The location is perfect for walking to great restaurants and tourist attractions but far enough from the business of the town center that you can get some peace and quiet. The host was very quick to respond to questions we had during our stay. We would absolutely stay here again.

Location, location, location

This apartment was perfectly located for everything we wanted to do, plus an easy walk to the airport bus. The kitchen was well-equipped, the shower was spa-quality, and the whole ambiance of the place was charming. The host communicated well and the check in process was a breeze.

Wonderful stay at Steven's

Steven met us on checking in and showed us around his apartment. We had a lovely stay, the place was clean, chic and stylish. Great location with lots of nearby cafés and restaurants. Around 15 mins away from royal mile and princes street. Highly recommended :)

Wonderful Location

We had a wonderful stay. Ideally located, easily walkable to the train station and the Royal Mile, and away from the drove of tourists. Plenty of nearby restaurants and pubs. And the house was fantastic, such a Scottish vibe, inviting, comfortable, big windows, great views with all of the amenities readily available. Highly recommend.

Five Weeks in Edinburgh

This was a cozy and comfortable flat. The location was perfect for walking to Princes St, cafes, grocery stores etc. Steven was a very attentive host. The bed was a little small for us, but overall we had a wonderful stay and enjoyed everything very much.

Amazing Apartment

Steven, is the premium host. The apartment is in great location. A cafe just steps away, Tesco Express too. The apartment is well stocked, cozy, and enough space for one or two.
