Guest Access:

● Guests will have access to the entire studio.

● When entering from the main street, access to the property requires 12 steps.

● Alternatively, access from the alleyway requires 1 step.

● Inside the studio, there are 2 steps leading up to the kitchen and 2 steps leading up to the bathroom.

∗Please note that а refundable damage deposit of £250 is mandatory and should be paid via card and before check-in. We inspect the property after you check out; if there is no damage, we refund the deposit within 2 days via bank transfer.

∗Please note that the property is fitted with internal stairs. Therefore, it is not suitable for people with limited mobility.
