Perfect for families, friends, or couples, this home has everything you could need for a wonderful, relaxing stay. Only 10 minutes from New Smyrna Beach, this home is in a quiet, safe neighborhood surrounded by nature. Enjoy local restaurants, swim at the beach, and after that come back and relax in the Jacuzzi, grill up a nice meal, make some s'mores with the free s'mores kit we provide, and then watch a movie on our 65' TV with surround sound, a fire place, and neon lighting synced up to the movie!

We just needed a pet friendly one night stay on our way to the Keys and this place was perfect for us. Would definitely stay longer for sure. Great attention to details and house was well appointed. Would have loved to use the fire pit which was already filled with fire wood but was a little chilly. Also already had a smores kit ready!

We had a wonderful stay with our family of four! The host was incredibly accommodating and thoughtful. The home was very clean, welcoming, and comfortable—the beds and couch were great for relaxing after busy days. The house was well stocked with everything we needed, and the backyard grill was a nice bonus. We didn’t have time to enjoy the hot tub, but it looked amazing. Highly recommend this property!

This place was just incredible! It is located in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. Very gorgeous & clean home. We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay here. The host was also very responsive, attentive, & friendly. If I could give 10 stars, I would. Will definitely stay again if we return to Edgewater in the future!

This house was amazing. It seemed to be newly renovated and well done. The master bedroom was huge with a comfy bed. The couch was large and comfortable. The house was clean from top to bottom. Great neighborhood and the neighbors are extremely nice. I met the front door neighbor when I was waiting to be picked up to head back home. Great location for a great price. We didn't use the hot tub (we only stayed 1 night and it was a bit too hot to use it) but we would definitely come back and use it in the winter if we have to be back up this way.

Had a girl's weekend before my sister's wedding. We just wanted something low-key and this spot was perfect! The neighborhood was super chill and very quiet at night. Every room was spacious with lots of closet space. The huge couch and large dining area made it easy for all of us to gather in one location or the other. Hot tub was on point too! We had a great time. Thank you!
