The space
Beautiful newly renovated home with views and nearby access to Lake Koshkonong, WI. Home comes fully equipped with anything you may need to enjoy your stay! New laundry and dishwasher onsite with detergent provided. Swimming beach and playground within walking distance of the home. 2 parking spots available in driveway, no street parking but there is overflow parking within 5 miles of the home. Only 30 minutes from Madison airport. 1 1/2 hours from Chicago Ohare airport. 1 hour 15 min from Milwaukee airport. Pontoon and other boat rentals available through local businesses within 5 miles of the home. Bars, restaurants, gas stations and shopping within 5 miles of the home. Home is located on secluded dead-end drive- very private, quiet and peaceful. Enjoy dinner on the deck or relax at the campfire in the backyard with firewood provided. Plenty of towels, pillows and blankets onsite. Kitchen comes fully equipped with dishware, pots, pans, silverware, utensils & more to accommodate at least 8 guests. There are no blinds in the living room. Neighborhood has a quiet restriction from 8pm-8am. The home is near Lake Koshkonong and may have general bugs onsite such as mosquitos, etc. There is bug spray and citronella at the home for you to use.


Guest access
Entire first floor of home available to guests including yard. Host is not onsite but available through the VRBO for questions. You will have the perfect private getaway!

You understand that swimming, hiking and the use of kayaks and canoes is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved with swimming, hiking and using canoes/kayaks. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming, hiking and use of the canoes/kayaks and hold owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers that swimming, hiking and the use of canoes/kayaks may present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person swimming, hiking or using the canoes/kayaks if a person has health risks, or if a person swims, hikes or uses the canoes/kayaks while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or while pregnant. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against owner for accidents or claims arising from swimming, hiking or using the canoes/kayaks. All Guests acknowledge and agree that they have read and understand this waiver and they acknowledge that confirming a reservation constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between Guests and Host. Fireworks not permitted.
