Dandy Villas are pleased to present you their new accommodation, Rocky in Palios Agios Athanasios.
Rocky is a stone-built house villa based in a small village, named Palios Agios Athanasios. It is a two level house of 67 sq. meters, with a double bedroom, a sofa bed, 1 bathroom, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a fireplace. The whole space is beautifully decorated and offers unexpected luxury and comfort. The house can host up to six people, so it makes it suitable for families with kids and groups of friends. The house is located only 300-400 meters from the village’s center.

Dandy Villas Palios Agios Athanasios Rocky welcomes you to Palios Agios Athanasios in a two-storey chalet, where the absolute predominance of stone and wood dominates inside and outside it taking you on a fairytale setting. The great asset of the chalet is its short distance from the center and the square of the traditional village where you can find everything you want. Its location combined with the peace, cleanliness and seclusion it offers, will make your stay unforgettable.

Our goal is to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Our mission is to help you create beautiful, pleasant, relaxing moments with friends, co-workers, and, in general, we would say to feel "at home".

In order to fulfill the above promise, we would appreciate if we had your full support in some rules of proper operation of the house.
1. First of all, to ensure proper ventilation of the space, smoking is prohibited. Do not forget that we also host children, people of all ages. In case of non-compliance of the above, additional cleaning fees may be applied to remove the odor and stains. If you feel the need to smoke, you can use the outdoor areas wisely.
2. Common quiet hours (23: 00-07: 00, 15: 00-17: 00) must be followed, as there are neighbors and we would not want to disturb them.
3. We remind you that it is not allowed to move indoor furniture outside - not only because of possible damages from the weather conditions but also because moving can cause various damages by itself.
4. In case we notice illegal activity or inappropriate antisocial behavior we will demand that you leave the accommodation.
5. Please let us know immediately if something does not work properly so that it can be fixed in a timely manner.
6. In case of any damage through your own fault you are responsible for the costs induced.
7. For the prevention of fire and for the safety of all those present in the area - please do not leave the electrical appliances switched on when they are not in use or when you leave the accommodation. Check that everything is turned off. (Electrical appliances / Water heater / Fireplace).
8. Fireplace Operation Period 20th October until 31st March. In case you wish to use the fireplace, we provide you the first basket of wood free of charge. If you need more wood, there is an additional charge of 10€/basket. Please in case you want to use the fireplace, inform the manager of the accommodation before your arrival, otherwise and no later than the first day of your arrival so that the manager of the accommodation can take care of gathering the wood in time. When using make sure the fire is completely out before you go to bed or at the time of your departure.
9. Cooking in the fireplace is prohibited.
10. The property - as you know - is child friendly. However, it is the responsibility of the guardian / parent to monitor the actions of his children at all times. The homeowner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur on the site or on the premises.
11. Keep the accommodation safe, lock the doors and windows when leaving the house. The owner is not responsible for the loss of the visitor's personal belongings or valuables. We inform you that there are safes for storing valuable personal items.
12. Additional persons - other than those who have rented the property - are not allowed to enter the premises without prior written notice and approval from the owner company. Visitors are not allowed to exceed the declared capacity originally indicated at the time of booking.
13. Those who use cosmetics, make-up products, moisturizing creams or sunscreens are kindly requested to do a thorough cleaning before direct contact with the sheets, pillows or towels of the accommodation.
14. In the accommodation there are towels, bathrobes etc. which you are not allowed to take out of the house. Daily maid service is not included in the rental rate - unless stated in the description.
15. Please do not throw toilet paper in the toilet / or other gynecological or baby products. If it is confirmed that the drain has not been used properly, you are responsible for the costs induced.
16. Emergency Weather: There will be no refunds in regard to emergency weather conditions.
17. Pets are allowed in specific accommodations only upon request with extra charge / guarantee. If you do not inform us of the presence of a pet we will either cancel the reservation or charge you the corresponding amount per day - as we’ve set for the stay of the pets - depending on their days of stay.
18. At the request of the guest there is the possibility of additional cleaning of the accommodation. The cost for additional cleaning is 10€/ hour and includes making beds, sweeping and mopping the entire accommodation.
19. It is forbidden to feed any animals and their stay in the premises of the accommodation. (cats, dogs, birds, etc.).
20. The hotelier may refuse to rent to a guest who during the previous stay violated the rules of the accommodation.
21. Guests are obliged to secure the accommodation during their stay. The company bears no responsibility in case of theft of their personal belongings.

There is an additional check-in fee 20€ for arrivals after 21:00-00:00 and a fee of 50€ for arrivals from 00:00-06:00 upon consultation.

We know that you will respect our space as if it was yours and we thank you in advance.

The accommodation must be functional for the next guests and that is why we ask you most of the above.
