Our home is a haven of comfort, designed to host guests easily. Each bedroom is a refuge of relaxation, adorned with clean, high-quality linens, pillows, and towels. The living space and large windows bathe the living and kitchen in natural light, featuring a large Smart TV with fireplace and comfy seating, all in an inviting open layout. Families will enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary appliances and utensils, an electric stove, a kitchen bar, a fridge w/ freezer, a microwave oven, and all the essentials.

The third bedroom features a queen-sized bed with a small table and chair for working on your laptop. Great ski condo!

Very clean and well stocked apartment/ condo. Indoor garage parking a huge plus, however lacking a remote or keypad for easy access in and out. Great layout and on the mountain essentially in the parking lot of Powder Mountain lodge. Roads were kept cleared while we were there. Owner warned us about spotty internet and we didn't have internet for the duration of our stay. But at the same time, we didn't come here to watch tv. We brought our own groceries to avoid eating at the lodge all the time, and were easily able to cook meals and enjoy our time. The closest store is a 15 minute drive down the mountain. Great to have laundry on site and even a boot dryer. Also, the whirlpool was great after a day off skiing. Would definitely stay again.

Great spot right near base

This unit is very well located next to (Stairway) the Timberline Base at PowMow. A great starting point or ending point for your day. This unit is a roomy 3br condo with nice partial views of the mountains. The unit is a little dayed (like PowMow) but we found it very clean and very well appointed with anything we needed. Kitchen was set up for making anything. Very nice to have 3 bedrooms with their own bathrooms. Lots of light in the living room. Garage was a bonus and there’s a great mud room on ground floor for taking off and stowing skis. Nice boot dryer in the laundry room. No lots of towels, shampoo/conditioner and soaps for guests. TV had all streaming options. A few items to consider. Dining table is very small and not that comfortable. Upstairs queen bed felt a little tired. Single thermostat for entire unit so need to manage that with different temps upstairs. This is a great ski condo and we were happy with it!

Disappointed

The condo was dated as we expected, but very clean and more than adequate. Our problem really had to do with systems. The Internet was very weak and spotty. Since the television ran off it. it really was impossible to watch television. We missed most of the Super Bowl and the ending. Also, the Fireplace never did work, and our instructions said to go in and out through the garage, the door code did not work. We had to park by the garage walk around the condo unit and then go in the front door. I felt the communication during our stay, was mediocre atbest. Finally, they said they would send someone from maintenance who told us that the Internet would not work because the owners were not willing to pay for new and improved equipment. Although the housekeeping was good, and the unit was fine. I think the owners are really milking this, and not keeping it up-to-date.

Mouse fieces/black mold

Beware, the bathroom tub had mouse fieces in it and the toilet was covered in black mold. I notified host the response I received was just an apology. These conditions are not acceptable especially for the price.

Amazing

The location is absolutely perfect. Right next to the powder keg bar. Hosts were super friendly. Rooms were incredibly clean. You can’t beat this Rental.
