Gorgeous 3-story home, private hot tub

A rustic-style home that welcomes large groups. With stunning scenery, fresh mountain air, plenty of outdoor recreation activities, our home is the perfect getaway for your large group!

Our spacious home can accommodate 10 people max. You will have access to an entire 3-level, spacious home that includes a hot tub, BBQ grill, and a 3-car garage. You will also have access to the community pool, workout room, tennis courts and basketball courts.

Our beautiful Eden home offers:

- 3 level design with spacious living areas on each floor
- 5 bathrooms
- Includes plenty of towels, toilet paper and shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
Gas fireplace, hearth, TV on main floor, plenty of throws to keep you warm
- Kitchen – fully equipped for large groups
- Includes appliances such as: oven, microwave, keurig, crockpot, toaster, pots and pans, silverware, cookware, cups, plates/bowls, plastic ware.
- Dining area – table seats 10 comfortably, 3 stools at kitchen island
- 6 bedrooms – each bedroom includes a queen bed with beautiful rustic decor, custom headboards and end tables.
- 1 bunk room – 4 beds
- Laundry room (detergent included)
- Big screen TV, game table, foosball on lower level
- Amenities for big families: children’s dinnerware, 2 pack-n-plays, toys, books, puzzles.
- Back patio with table and plenty of chairs, hot tub and BBQ grill
- Beautiful walking trails near the house.
- 3 car garage with plenty of storage space.
- 5 minute walking distance to the community pool, club house, workout room, tennis courts, basketball court.
- 10 minute drive to Powder Mountain Ski Resort
- 13 minute drive to Nordic Valley Ski Resort
- 30 minute drive to SnowBasin Ski Resort
- 10 minute drive to Pineview Reservoir
- 5 minute drive to the nearest market/grocery store and restaurants.
- Ogden Valley is a resort area with all kinds of recreational opportunities throughout the entire year.

(Please note that NO vehicles/toys are allowed to be parked on the street. HOA rules state that all large toys (boats, RV's, Jet skis, etc) must be parked in the designated overflow parking spaces throughout the neighborhood. These items are not allowed to be parked on the street or in the driveway. For more information on where to park your large toys please contact us.)

Other items to know:
- Firearms/fireworks are not permitted.
- Access to the clubhouse, pool, and spa is limited to 8 people at a time.
- Must follow Trappers Ridge rules and regulations (these rules can be sent to a guest upon request).

Winter Enjoyment: You will find excellent ski resorts (Powder Mountain and Snow Basin) within a 10-30 minute drive from the home. These resorts are comparable to Park City, only without the congestion or the consumption of your life savings. From sledding, making snowmen and snow angels, going hot tubbing, sitting by the fire, sipping hot cocoa, there are unlimited activities to do with the family.

Summer Enjoyment: In the summer you will find an excellent golf course less than 2 miles away and even more located in Ogden about 30 minutes away. Pineview Reservoir is located within a 10 minute drive from our home and it provides lovely scenery as well as opportunities for fishing, swimming, canoeing, kayaking, water skiing, jet skiing, paddle boarding, skipping rocks, etc. The nearby Ogden River also offers a variety of outdoor fun for the family. There is also plenty of hiking available around the valley.

Spring/Fall Enjoyment: Eden has so much to offer during Spring and Fall. Beautiful hikes, biking, fishing, camping, balloon and art festivals, ATV trails, nature and wildlife are all available, or just enjoy the beautiful indoors with your loved ones in a spacious home waiting for memories to be made.

Its a good size for a large group. Nice large cooking area & dining table. Owner was super responsive to minor issues with fireplace and garbage. House was clean except for the hot tub which was skanky. Needs new showerheads.

We had a group of 12 stay for 4 nights. There was plenty of room!The house is clean and stocked well. There’s a keurig and a traditional coffee pot along with all of the cooking utensils and supplies a family needs. It’s very convenient to Powder Mountain and Nordic Valley.

Everything about this VRBO was good except, the the interior and the hot tub need a total re-make. Tired lumpy furniture in the living room, extra pillows but no pillow cases, hot tub works but no instructions and power panel is missing a portion. Garage slab holds water from melting snow under cars so always walking through a large puddle. The owner is terrific and the location is excellent. Overlooking these deficiencies' we had a great time and there was plenty of room for guests. With a refresh, I would go back.

5 couples stayed in Michelle's home. It was a perfect space for us for our annual ski trip. So close to Powder Mountain and easy drive to Snow Basin. Having all the extra living spaces was great. All the bedrooms were great, though missed having more ensuite bathrooms. Especially appreciated was how well stocked the kitchen was. We did a lot of cooking a it was great to have many pantry items already there. Parking was great as was the hot tub. No complaints! Michelle was great to work with. Would definitely rent again.

This house worked so well for our business trip. We hosted an event at Pineview (about 15 minutes away), and, with all the rooms, it accommodated half of our group well. Would definitely recommend.

Eden is a beautiful place and the house was perfect for our family. It was very clean, the kitchen table was great for playing games, the beds were comfortable and the separate living spaces were very nice. The kids really enjoyed playing with the toys that were available. We set up tables for meals in the garage and it accommodated all of us very well. We didn’t go to the clubhouse or pool, but did take advantage of the pickleball courts just a short walk from the home. I was impressed with how many chairs were available both inside and out. We spent a day at Pineview reservoir and in Ogden another, which were both about 25-30 minutes away. It was always nice to get back to the house where the temperature felt like it was about 5 degrees cooler. There is shade available in the front of the house nearly all day and in the back in the afternoon and evening so we were very comfortable being outside. There is a market and a Maverik close by for forgotten items or ice cream (which is a must for our group). Michelle responded very quickly to each inquiry I had and was amazing to work with. Such a great option if you’re headed to Eden. We definitely want to stay here again.

Wonderful warm and cozy home away from home for a group of old friends while skiing at Powder Mtn. House exceeded our expectations, nicely furnished with well equipped kitchen. With 6 bedrooms and 5 baths no sharing required and the open concept made cooking a group activity. Property manager responded rapidly to all communication. Would gladly stay at this property again when we return again next year.

This is our second time staying here and it was perfect again! The bottom floor housed all of our kids ages 9-13 and the adults took the main and upper floors. The kids loved their independence! The kitchen was well-stocked and the hot tub was the perfect way to end a full day of skiing. Communication was efficient and timely. We’ll definitely stay here again!
